If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous service. We are frequents at this store but this morning because we didn’t hear the cashier over the intercom in the drive through she wouldn’t serve us when we got to the window. Said we had to get in the long line all over again. Any other drive thru will let you add things on at the window but she was rude and refused to serve us.

30 seconds standing at the counter. No one said a word. One person finally looked at me like, what do you want. I asked for ice for the coffee I mobile ordered. She handed me the ice. Not a peep. What happened to customer service. I won't be back here for a long while. Btw, I said thank you for the ice.

I came to this location because it was on the way to a friend's house. I waited at the register and no one was there. I had to get someone, who was working the drive thru, and before I can ask them if they can take my order, the attitude began. I was told, "Go back to the register to put your order in", with an attitude. So I go back to the register and another employee just walks by and ignores me, no hello, no good morning, nothing. Then she comes back, takes my order and there is no printer, no receipt. I'm waiting for my order on the takeout side and I am asked what I am waiting for with an attitude. It is a shame to see this pretty much everywhere you go, there is a abundance of people who are miserable and do not offer quality customer service. They have bad attitudes and need to be taught how to be courteous and polite. They have no customer care skills and are entitled. Like we owe them something. The gentleman there was the only one who dud not have an attitude. All the women there need an attitude adjustment. To the owner of this location, train your employees to be polite, courteous, and how to attend to your customers with common sense manners.

The customer service is the worst. I have been several times. Nasty lady who slammed window at drive thru because I asked her why was she so rude to me. Gave me wrong coffee and then an attitude. Maybe the manager or owner should see how they treat customers.

By far one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to. The staff was friendly. I spoke to one girl in particular name shy and she made my experience over the top with her personality and friendly smile. My caramel coffee seem like it was made with a smile. 10/10 I’ll be back every time I am on that side of
