Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in America. The last three times I have been there. I have ordered a large coffee with two Splenda and cream and two glazed donuts. Not once have these people gotten in the order, correct!

I have noticed that Musa is no longer at the location and it shows. Between customer service and the food. I order 50 munckins and they gave me the 50 munchkins and a paper bag…. When I correct them and ask for them to come in the box they belong in the manager who was present had the employee give them to me in the 12 donut box for regular donuts. The service has gotten so much worse. The employees don’t know what they are doing in the day shift or night shift. Musa was always personable with every person and most people came to this Dunkin because of this. She always made sure everyone was taken care of and built rapport with everyone. The best part is when you ask the employees where Musa is I have gotten different reasons. Oh she’s on vacation, she sick, or something happened with her family. That is beyond messed up because none of it is true. This Dunkin gets 1 star because the service is awful, the new employees don’t know what they are doing and the one reason most people came to this Dunkin the manger didn’t like her a moved her to another one. The owner of this Dunkin and general manager made a huge mistake.

We got 10 "munchkins" and 2 cups of coffee. We got the munchkins immediately but had to wait 13 minutes for the coffee. It was absolute chaos in there. 95% of the customers were coming through the drive thru, there were 2 pre orders and 3 walking, including us. It was Sunday at 11:30a. I knew we should have gone to panera.
