We got 10 "munchkins" and 2 cups of coffee. We got the munchkins immediately but had to wait 13 minutes for the coffee. It was absolute chaos in there. 95% of the customers were coming through the drive thru, there were 2 pre orders and 3 walking, including us. It was Sunday at 11:30a. I knew we should have gone to panera.

I’ve been a customer to this location for 2+years. Recently I seen they were hiring using QR codes to apply. I was trying to send the link to someone who I know is looking for a job. I overheard the manager talking about how she doesn’t like black people and will not hire them. Not knowing that I could understand her. I have noticed the lack of diversity over the years so that explains it.

I arrived at this establishment in need of a tasty donut and an ice cold beverage, I was in luck to find those here. The donuts were very tasty and so was my coffee. The atmosphere was only decent seeing as a fly was bothering me while I was trying to indulge, but other than that the workers were nice and overall pleasant experience.
Kid-friendliness: It was kid friendly no sketchy predators.

The people who work at this location are super sweet and they always make sure that everything is fresh when they get it out to you. I stop by after work at least two to three times a week on my way home and always loved the cozy colorful atmosphere. They renovated a week or so ago and it kinda feels like they sucked the life out of the place. It feels so corporate, boring, and copy and paste now. Everything is brown and black and there's no more bright colors. It's kinda just a cookie cutter place now that's indistinguishable from the rest. I know it's so silly, but I probably won't stop by anymore.

That Dunkin branch is very bad. First I asked for a latte and they gave me milk with a little bit of coffee and no foam. My latte looked like hot milk. The guy's attention was very rude and he had a bad face and he served without enthusiasm. There are people who want to work.
