Special thanks to the Fort Lauderdale manager and staff for their awesome honesty and integrity. I accidentally left my pink wallet at the store and it was recovered by a patron who handed it to the desk cashier who carefully handed it to the manager. The next day I came to see if they found it and the manager came smiling from the other room with my pink wallet.
What an honor to have employees that are so honest. It is a quality so hard to find in this world these days.

Aside from the fact I wasn’t given correct change (shorted $5), they also normally do not have large orders ready.
I cannot believe that this Dunkin continues to disappoint me! I’ve been coming for years and I have been filling out the surveys not for the free donut but so maybe they can get their act together but I’m finally fed up and will not come again. I should be disappointed in myself since I keep going back but it is the only one on my way to my kids school. I fill out the survey and nothing changes because they have you.
