Very aggressive night employee. Close the store just after 6 p.m to clean. The schedule is until 8 o 9 p.m but he doesn't care. When I confronted him he was aggressive.

This may be the best one in Tamarac. Everything is always fresh and tasty. And the workers are friendly but not overly friendly and they get you in and out of there without the bs.
UPDATE 2025: they fell off! Moved my 5 star to a 3.
I had to make sure by coming back, but this review is coming from the drive thru. The last 3 times I came, the drive thru line has been VERY slow, so if you have somewhere to be and on a time crunch. Don't join line!! if it's more than 3-4 cars waiting. I promise you you'll regret it. AND to add insult to injury after waiting, it's very likely what you want is not available or their system is down. The workers are kind, but the system fell off.

Pulled up to the drive thru and associate seemed bothered to take our order. Once we got to the window he had his head down and was leaning out of the window and said “ughhh I just wanna go home” and stayed there for a few more seconds. He then lifts his head and says we do not have the item we ordered.
Drinks are not what I ordered and no straws were provided, not even a thank you.
Poor.

At 8am this morning they were not serving hot coffee, only iced. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks they were out of something. Don't go to this location, there's 2 others in vicinity.

This is the best Dunkin I have been in. Always fresh donuts and coffee. The staff is amazing. Got some donuts for customers and the man behind counter was very polite. Super friendly. From Boston so grew up in Dunkin and by far this si the best one I have been too.

I ordered $6 meal. Since I don’t eat pork I asked egg and cheese and not add bacon.They gave me the bagel without bacon but didn’t give me the meal.they didn’t explain anything charged me full and didn’t give me the hash brown included. When I asked for it they told me if you buy it this way there’s no meal. We charge separately. Yve had it in many Dunkin’s they always honor. Here they think they own the place and not honor the customer.
