This place is horrible. I order my son bf at 643am it said 10 min delivery then it turn into 743am, so i ask for a refund thwy said they can cancle. At 813 am they cancled without telling me and now they are hold my money for 5 days. Thus crazy the worest service no food and no money return today. 2 hours waiting.

I normally sweep things under the rug, but this is the fourth time I’ve experienced the same issue at this Dunkin’ (Store #348254 – 10201 W Commercial Blvd, Sunrise, FL).
I ordered a Ham & Swiss Croissant Stuffer ($5.19 before tax) through the drive-thru and realized after leaving that the sandwich had no ham or cheese — just plain bread. This isn’t a small mistake, it’s a repeated pattern. Each time I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s clear this location has a serious problem with quality control or honesty.
It’s extremely frustrating to pay nearly $6 for a plain croissant and be left disappointed again. I shouldn’t have to check my food in the parking lot every time, but apparently, that’s what customers have to do here.
If you visit this Dunkin’, double-check your order before driving off. The staff aren't even polite, so i understand why consistency and accuracy are not their strong suit.

I do love to go to this Dunkin Donuts on Commercial at Hiatus Road. The service is first class and I always enjoy the pumpkin doughnuts. Now I have a comment about their coldbrew coffee. I have ordered cold brew for a very long time and it's changed. It does not taste like the coldbrew they used to have. You could always tell the coldbrew from the regular coffee. Now the cold brew tastes like regular coffee and not the wake me up coldbrew from past years. I hope you bring back the strong coldbrew from the past.

Very aggressive night employee. Close the store just after 6 p.m to clean. The schedule is until 8 o 9 p.m but he doesn't care. When I confronted him he was aggressive.

This may be the best one in Tamarac. Everything is always fresh and tasty. And the workers are friendly but not overly friendly and they get you in and out of there without the bs.
UPDATE 2025: they fell off! Moved my 5 star to a 3.
I had to make sure by coming back, but this review is coming from the drive thru. The last 3 times I came, the drive thru line has been VERY slow, so if you have somewhere to be and on a time crunch. Don't join line!! if it's more than 3-4 cars waiting. I promise you you'll regret it. AND to add insult to injury after waiting, it's very likely what you want is not available or their system is down. The workers are kind, but the system fell off.

Pulled up to the drive thru and associate seemed bothered to take our order. Once we got to the window he had his head down and was leaning out of the window and said “ughhh I just wanna go home” and stayed there for a few more seconds. He then lifts his head and says we do not have the item we ordered.
Drinks are not what I ordered and no straws were provided, not even a thank you.
