I had my twins sleeping in the car and I didn’t want to wake them up, take them down from their car seat, etc (if you’re a mom, you know what a HASSLE this is). The app was not accepting my password and it would not send me a reset password link. So I called the store to see if I could order the drink on the phone, and then go in quickly and pay for it rather than waiting inside. I was literally outside the store. This way I could wait outside with my kids in the car and not have to take them down. The person who answered the phone wouldn’t help me, citing policy, telling me to restart the phone, etc. In the end, he said he had other customers… He spent more time arguing with me than the time that it would’ve taken to take down an order for ONE iced latte. He could have done something nice for someone and gotten a 5 star review for the favor. But instead, they’re getting this 1 star review. It’s the little things that matter in this world, and people lose their sense of humanity over dumb “policies”. I know the person was just doing their job, so here’s a tip for management to train their employees on how random acts of kindness go a long way. Signed, one tired mama who could have used a friendly favor. 🥺

This Dunkin Donuts store is a great way to start off shopping at Sawgrass Mills mall. It is wonderful because of the wonderful, friendly employees. Be sure to say hi to the manager, Maria, as she is responsible for putting together this team. While you are there have a coffee, donut or sandwich. It’s all yummy. This location has the worst service in Broward. My son went in today to collect our order, and every member of staff he interacted with was aggressive and rude to him. He's 14 years old! Even when I have been in myself, as a 40 something year old man, the staff are dismissive and rude. I have never taken to Google to write a negative review in my life, so please don't think I write this without due care and consideration, but this location are unpleasant to deal with, and still managed to get our order wrong. If you're in Sunrise, try the location on 136th and State Rd 84, they are always friendly and have yet to mess up an order.

I was just there 8 minutes ago. The cashier got rude because I didn’t tip. I left my donuts and I left the place. Management refused to tell me what her name was. I need a refund.
