They don't want to work. I was talking to the manager, and she was on a call with her headphones on. Apparently, they didn't make my usual drink at that store this time because they didn't want to.
Warning ⚠️. If you are a vegan, don't order hot lattes here. The staff steams the almond milk in the same pitcher with out rinsing and the never clean the nozzle. The person made it seem like it was my fault for telling her in advance to not use the same pitcher without rinsing.

aside from having the wateriest coffee in town. This place charged my card 3x for all different amounts. When I notified the store the manager refused to issue a refund and refused to provide her name. I had to settle with my bank. I believe she did this to be able to take money from the register. Watch your transactions closely if you decide to go here!!!!!

First of all, the app would not work. It kept telling me that this location was closed. It was not. So I could not get any reward points. Then I walk in to place an order. They did take my order quickly (hope so as there was NO ONE in there besides me and the lady that walked in after me). All I ordered was a coffee. Yet, the lady behind me orders after me and gets her coffee (pretty much the same iced coffee as I ordered) and she is out the door. Yet here I am still waiting another 2-3 minutes. WHY have a queue if you serve anyone whenever you want. Next time I'll drive out of my way to go to Starbucks or if I really want a Dunkin, a different store. Yes, I know it was only a few extra minutes, but obviously they do not care about my time, so I can go elsewhere for my over priced coffee.

They will take your order wrong and then hand you back the wrong order right in front of your face. DO NOT GO HERE!!
I ordered an iced lattee and he rang it up as decaf. I nicely told her after I grabbed it that I ordered regular espresso and she took it, shook the coffee behind the counter, and handed it back to me. I told her again and she ignored me. I would give zero stars if i could

I had my twins sleeping in the car and I didn’t want to wake them up, take them down from their car seat, etc (if you’re a mom, you know what a HASSLE this is). The app was not accepting my password and it would not send me a reset password link. So I called the store to see if I could order the drink on the phone, and then go in quickly and pay for it rather than waiting inside. I was literally outside the store. This way I could wait outside with my kids in the car and not have to take them down. The person who answered the phone wouldn’t help me, citing policy, telling me to restart the phone, etc. In the end, he said he had other customers… He spent more time arguing with me than the time that it would’ve taken to take down an order for ONE iced latte. He could have done something nice for someone and gotten a 5 star review for the favor. But instead, they’re getting this 1 star review. It’s the little things that matter in this world, and people lose their sense of humanity over dumb “policies”. I know the person was just doing their job, so here’s a tip for management to train their employees on how random acts of kindness go a long way. Signed, one tired mama who could have used a friendly favor. 🥺

Feel bad for the people working there. Completely understaffed. Picking up my order took 10 min. Way too many mobile orders for the one person making the food. Hope they hire more people.
