I had a great experience here. Friendly staff and clientele. I came in the afternoon on a hot day and ordered the Pineapple Mango Refresher. It was made quickly, too. Let me tell you, it was very delicious and just what I needed for a hot summer afternoon in South Florida. $4.29 before tax and it was served in a big cup. My kid ordered a donut and an iced decaf coffee. Both came out exceptionally well. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the clientele were nice people all-around. They had some new and unique flavors for iced coffees too, which I'm eager to try out. All in all, I would absolutely return and recommend to others. Thank you Dunkin'

Every time I visit, I always have a positive experience. I bought two and a half dozen donuts to celebrate my son's birthday at school. Despite some miscommunication regarding my identity and pick-up time, my order was completed on schedule. They were eager to assist and very patient with me. Many thanks to all of you!

Theres a young guy working there, dark short hair. He messes up our order every single time. 5 times in a row now, we leave if we see him there.
We got coffee and sandwiches here on the way to markham park across the street. When we got to the park, the coffee immediately spilled Before we even put the straw in. And on the sandwiches they didn't even melt the cheese. If it wasn't for the sandwiches, we wouldn't have asked for another coffee. However, since they messed up on the sandwiches as well we went back to the store and try to get another. Jose, the manager told us that Since we had already left the store it doesn't matter if it spilled Even though we took a picture of the coffee (attached) and showed it to him. And he said this after the batista had already told us she would make us another one. The barista did a great job. However the manager jose needs to have a lesson in customer service.

Quick service, fresh donuts, good food and great staff! Always a pleasure to pick something up from the lovely staff here at the relatively new Dunkin'. I highly recommend the Snackin bacon and the sugar donuts. The munchkins are also good.
