It was really bad and I felt ripped-off.
I ordered the snack bacon. I've had it before, so I know it. Its not inexpensive, so I want it right. I asked if my order could be 'well-done'. The young man was polite.
When I got it, it was 4 half pieces with no seasoning at all. And it was limp.. not well-done at all. I asked and he said that's what it is... so he doesn't know the product or he's been trained incorrectly? I didn't...

I had a great experience here. Friendly staff and clientele. I came in the afternoon on a hot day and ordered the Pineapple Mango Refresher. It was made quickly, too. Let me tell you, it was very delicious and just what I needed for a hot summer afternoon in South Florida. $4.29 before tax and it was served in a big cup. My kid ordered a donut and an iced decaf coffee. Both came out exceptionally well. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the clientele were nice people all-around....

Every time I visit, I always have a positive experience. I bought two and a half dozen donuts to celebrate my son's birthday at school. Despite some miscommunication regarding my identity and pick-up time, my order was completed on schedule. They were eager to assist and very patient with me. Many thanks to all of you!
