The Latina worker that has been mentioned here is the absolute rudest. She clearly doesn’t want to be there. Will eat elsewhere in the mall.

The food was good, but the workers weren't the best, they didn't greet or smile and were always serious, I think it wasn't the best customer service.

I’ve always loved sandwiches, sub sandwiches in particular. So I knew about Firehouse Subs and wanted to try them. And i was not disappointed. Had the Spicy Cajun Chicken while my wife had the Steak and Cheese.
This was the best sub sandwich I’ve ever had. Fresh and really really tasty. Also loved the pickle on side. Staff was friendly and service was really quick.

Went to order food today 02/25/25 12:39pm and a Latina woman threw my food on the counter just because I was asking questions I was unsure of . Not sure if she thought I was being rude. But this service needs to be evaluated 02/25/25 12:39pm

Ordered delivery at 7pm tonight and they did not bother to steam the meat/cheese or toast the bread. I got a cold sandwich. Ridiculous that you are known for hot delicious subs, but you are OK sending out cold sandwiches. This is what you are known for, so an employee purposely made this decision to save time.

Not enough reviews, got the meatball pepperoni sub, was very tasty, service was on point. Only thing I would say that made them different than other firehouse subs was the price. A few dollars more than if you went to a location outside the mall, other than that it was great.

Jossep was very pleasant as my cashier. Robert and Jose worked in unison together for a really nice experience. They had a great synergy and communicated to one another along with me about my order to ensure it was precise. Sandwich was extremely tasty and looks like the advertisement. It’s a brand new store so they are really putting their best foot forward.

Ordered meatball sub sweet & spicy with pepperoni added. Got a regular meatball sub with no pepperoni and what looks like pickles.
