Worst customer service, they don't give you information and charge you without explaining anything. I'm not coming back, what a shame because the product is good. But their employees are only there to sell regardless of the Client.

I went to buy a coffee today at 6:30pm and they told me that they don't have coffee because the machine turns it off at 6:00pm so that it can cool down and they can wash it, how is that possible if the mall closes at 9pm.

My experience at Häagen-Dazs in Sawgrass Mall was purely circumstantial. The mall was quite hot, and it seemed like the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so my wife and I decided to seek a cold drink. We opted for a strawberry smoothie from the Häagen-Dazs kiosk, and it turned out to be a delightful choice. To our pleasant surprise, they used real fruits with their blenders to craft our smoothie, and the taste was nothing short of fantastic. My wife and I shared one smoothie on that occasion, but we were so impressed that we're already planning to return and try more flavors. The strawberry smoothie hit all the right notes, and we're eager to explore their mango smoothie as well. It's evident that Häagen-Dazs takes pride in using quality ingredients, and that truly reflects in the taste of their smoothies. While I didn't sample their ice cream this time, I can confidently say that their smoothies are simply fantastic and definitely worth a visit to their kiosk. While there was a medium size line, service only took about five minutes, but that's because they made a smoothie by hand, fresh..so no complaints.

I recommend the banana split and the ice cream “Bourbon vanilla bean Truffle “ flavor. The lines are usually long, I order online before arriving and I speed up the wait.

At 7.33pm on Sunday night, when the schedule says that they are closing at 8.00pm, the young ladies couldn’t give us a scoop of ice cream for a child. They closed, that was the unswerving and we went to Apropo across to have Crepes. After 10 min, I have seen how they were able to make a smoothie, to someone that spoke Spanish with them, and they were not closed anymore. Very bad customer service, racial discrimination…good luck.?
Run as fast you can from this place !!! They probably don’t refrigerate the milk and everyone got sick!!!!!! Second time Horrible customer service !!!

The shake was pretty nice. The place gets a 3.5/5 from me.I'll explain the rating. The workers were generally nice but not as attentive as I expected. There was one girl at the time but she did okay. She wasn't rude.I asked for a milkshake and instead of asking me what I wanted specifically with the milkshake, it was just made and given to me. I may not have wanted the whipped cream or anything of the sprinkles. The shake was pretty good though. She mixed it well and it didn't look sloppy.

I came here for ice cream and all I see is these two Spanish speaking girls on their phone and this guy who has no idea what he is doing. Both were very rude. They kept ignoring customers and just laughing on their phones. What kind of people do you have working here?
