Poor customer service from all employees including the owner/manager Roger. They couldn’t assist starting my order, nor canceling the order after stating order will not start until ticket comes in and I place the order 20/25 minutes prior on the app. This is the first, in all my years this is the first time that I’ve been to a Huey Magoos and have had this type of unprofessional customer service. I placed the order 20/25 minutes prior to getting to the location when I got to the location the associate as well as the manager Roger is telling me that the order hasn’t come through yet it would be another few minutes and then I would have to wait for them to still make it, which makes no sense what so ever. Then what’s the purpose of the app or the website to pre-order food at this location cause this is never happened at any other Huey Magoo’s locatio. I would like a full refund and I will be posting this on Google because this is the worst location I’ve ever been to and this isn’t the first time I’ve had an incident at this location in sunrise. I’d give them a negative five stars if I could and I will contacting corporate for my refund since the location and store manager was unwilling to help.

20 minutes to get 5 chicken tenders….while people after up got their food before us…..will go to the Coral Springs location from now on, never had an issue there. Food was really good, but they need to work on the wait times for sure.

Huey Magoo’s was outstanding!
Me and my grandma walked in and was immediately welcomed into the establishment.
I ordered Fries, Chicken Tenders, A Green Apple Lemonade, And Magoo Sauce. On the other hand, my grandma ordered Fries, A Chicken Sandwich (With no pickles, in which they got rid of the pickles.) The chicken had flavor, was moist, crunchy, crispy, and greasy, and the crinkle-cut fries were soft and hot, the soda machine was working, and the Magoo sauce was phenomenal. Also, it was cheap. Not to mention, there was little to no trash on the floor. When I’m craving chicken, i’ll make sure to go to Huey Magoo’s! 🐔
