The wings were awful, no service and atmosphere… because it’s a fake restaurant in chilis. They were crunchy and tough, like they were sitting outside all day. Might as well get some premade wings from Publix.

I ordered takeout and they gave me the Wrong sauces on my wings. They gave me extremely hot and spicy sauces, which make them uneatable. Basically, they messed up the whole order

Thought we would drop in since we were in the area. Hadn't been in years and after this experience, we remembered why. First we stood up front to get acknowledged for seating. It was over 10 minutes before anyone ever even came to the host(ess) stand and when he finally did he didn't even acknowledge us and seated others. Finally we got his attention and he said "just a minute" . We finally got a table and then it took a bit to get our drinks. We finally ordered. Then we couldn't get drink refills. Food came and quality was OK, but nothing special. Sauces for chicken strips were OK. Then we realized we had never been given any napkins. I finally got up and got my own and had to do the same for some ketchup. Server was nice, but had too much to do. They apparently needed more help. Never had a manager check on us. Very loud in the restaurant and brick floors felt greasy. It was in the evening and the whole place wasn't particularly clean looking. May be a few more years before we visit again.

It’s inside Chili’s. That was a little surprising. But the food was pretty good. I would like it without fries. But it was pretty good. Regular wings. They missed with the bbq wings. They gave me all medium buffalo. But it’s ok.

First, its inside the chili's which is very misleading there should be something on the website that says "Inside Chili's". Second, the app forces you to tip when you are picking up. Didn't realize they charged me a tip until it was too late.Third, They got my order wrong. I ordered 32 wings(4 flavors) they only gave me 3 flavors and i believe 22 wings plus all the extra side sauces I paid an extra 60 cents each for were not in the order. Unfortunately no way to get a refund. Buyer beware. I learned my lesson. Never ordering from here again.

I ended up not going. Nowhere on their website does it mention that it's INSIDE of Chili's. I didn't find out until I called for directions and it was mentioned on a recording. By that time, I was no longer in the mood for wings.

Loved the Spicy Pineapple Teriyaki wings. Wasn’t crazy about honey sriracha, but good quality and taste nonetheless
My new favorite wing spot. The prices are great and the fact the fries come with every flavor is a plus. I enjoy the lemon pepper wings more than WingStop. Will eat here again and again!!

Unfortunately my order was not correct. I ordered smoked and received normal. Barely any sauce and no ranch.
