Great service

I come here not because I love the food but the staff here is very friendly, polite and quick. They try to have conversations which makes the time fly while the food is being made. I always see them cleaning and working in healthcare I’m very selective in places I eat.

I’ve gone here a couple of times and it was good. Today my husband picked up some subs for dinner and they were horrible! The cheesesteak had grizzle and fat throughout. It seems they tried to cover the poor meat quality by putting an insane amount of cheese. I literally started gagging. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

The portions have gotten a little smaller as far as how much meat, etc. Some of the aesthetics look a bit thrown together, but that’s all on corporate. As far as customer service, Cassidy was phenomenal. She made my party of 4 feel welcome instantaneously and prepped our food effectively and accurately! She’s the main reason I would come back. Corporations in the U.S. need to focus on people first! The more you take care of employees like Cassidy, the better the profits will be. She represented Jersey Mike’s the best out of any other employee I’ve ever met from your company!
