Had massive trouble with the app I placed an order and it was placed to a Jersey mikes in key west, mind you I’m in Oakland park. But Nikki, Cruz , and Bryan helped me out with my order and fix ed the situation. Thank you so much guys

The food was great..However the service was horrible the young man over looked my daughter and I and proceeded to help someone who came in after us..I had to say something for him to acknowledge we were standing there.After taking part of my order he proceeded to help the gentleman that came after us and then he made an offensive remark “You’re not done yet..I thought those two where for you” I replied My daughter wants to order as well..While ringing up my order I was joking to my daughter that it was expensive.As the guy after me rudely grabs his order and cup and ask the cashier does he has to pay?? The cashier replied to me if the order is expensive i should change my life style..And no the guy after me didn’t pay for his meal.

Honestly the best experience I've had at a JM. Kassidy and the entire team were absolutely great! JM is blessed to have these employees, treat them well....perhaps a raise or holiday bonus!

Food is always great at JM's, but what makes this specific location the best is the two young ladies who closed on Thursday, July 24th. I am in the restaurant biz myself, and I was amazed at how nice and genuine they were. I entered around 8:40 pm (they closed at 9:00pm) and I asked if I could still order and they didn't blink. They made me feel relaxed that I could enjoy my meal after I worked a 12-hour shift.

To Caesar (owner) and Cassidy (GM), I am sure you are aware already, but you have two great employees working for you and who representJM with such kindess and professionalism.

First time is Jersey Mike's on this side of town ...the 2 young black guys and one white girl ..
I didnt get their names ..but they called me love they are so sweet and nice and that is what I like great customer service...its 2.02pm on a Thursday 6/12/2025.. I will be back at this location....thank you i felt really good coming out ..oh and the sandwich was good also 😋
