Hubby and I have been going to this Jimmy John's for a while now to pick up sandwiches for lunch. They normally open at 9:30. Last week we got there a little after they opened only to find out that the white bread was not ready. Decided to try again today. This location needs a new delivery driver. This is the second time I’ve ordered and the dude couldn’t figure out either where to deliver it or how to get in the gate. Asked him to look up code by my last name and he was too stoned to figure out. Waste of a $5 tip. Still had to put on some pants and walk to the gate to get it from this genius, who was also rude...

Horrible experience and SERVICE in the Miramar location . MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE! !!!!!!! She was screaming at the customers l have never seen such behavior in my life as bad as hers..I just was in shock!!!! I wonder if the owners know about this? Her boss? Corporate? Hmmmmm!!!!
