I placed a delivery order and was missing items on sandwich.
Gm confirmed that another sandwich could be redeemed on the house.
When it came down to redemption... that's where the trouble was.
Assistant manager seemed overworked, irritated, and unhappy.
I was limited to the same sandwich because I was told that's what I originally ordered.. But I wanted something different because apparently that sandwich can't be made correctly.
I explained the inconvenience in having to pick up the sandwich and no compassion.(very sad) I should've just requested a refund or waited for the (GM) personally.
Hands down ... definitely not coming back. Assistant manager has a bad attitude and lacks communication and people skills. Thanks for trying to help Don

Forget that you got my order wrong. the costumer service outweighs any experience there. My mother who is battling cancer and has lost her hair went to pick up our order and was treated horribly when the manager and an employee changed their conversation to make fun of her. Will not be eating here again

I'm really struggling to understand how placing an online order, get to the store after 25 mins then have to wait 25 more minutes for them to make the subs. Then they tried to short me a sub, wait again, then didn't give me the pickle and had to check the order as if I was trying to trick them. After all that I asked for a bag for the 4 subs and pickle and was told out of bags. That's a whole lot of bad service for a sub sandwich. That will be the the last time. Good luck to everyone else who orders from this location.

Service was fine. The man running the store when I was there was very polite. The atmosphere is good. But the food just wasn't good, and I don't believe I caught them on an "off day" either. I just think their sandwiches and wraps are "mid". Small, no meat, no flavor... just not good.

The most condescending staff. It was our first time at Jimmy John’s and they acted like we were stupid for not knowing their menu. The food also was terrible. The guys working here acted like we were inconveniencing their little hangout session.

Acted like it was an inconvenience for me to even be there. Treated us like we were dumb and when going to grab my chips asking me if I wanted a combo cause I didn’t get that. I indeed did get it. Asked about the little cat outside and they literally acted like they hated the cat and hated that I asked. One word for them “assholes”. Opted to eat in our car rather than in the restaurant because it was so uncomfortable.

Freaky fast turns into Super Slow. I go in there at 1:00 and there's two people ahead of me ordering. All I got was one simple Italian sandwich and the wait was 17 minutes. From the time my credit card was charged to when I actually got the sandwich at hand was actually 17 minutes. I will not be going to this Jimmy John's again. Apparently the management has no clue what's going on because people were waiting long after I got my sandwich for theirs. I've been to many JJ's and this one is a total disgrace. I don't know how they keep their franchise.
