They had a job advertisement for assistant manager I applied online through indeed they schedule of me for an interview on Thursday Thanksgiving day I went there at 9:00 a.m. only to find out they were closed I contacted them on Friday and I was told to come on Monday at 9 a.m. and so I did, the manager is a tall African-American male he was interviewing some Spanish lady before me he seemed so excited and happy and probably while interviewing her, when my turn came for the interview his suddenly became all serious and all business and he started by telling me we pay 14.50 an hour and you have no problems cleaning the bathrooms do you? I answered him by telling him the job advertisement stated that you were paying between $17,50 to $19.00 an hour depending on experience are you trying to chase me away. Bottom line is I'm posting this review right after my interview meaning even if get the phone call that was hired I'm not interested in working for such unprofessional people or establishment not to mention that it's actually against the law to discriminate against religion race or sexual orientation

Terrible customer service and delivery process. They got my order wrong and the delivery driver didn’t even follow instructions. Called the store back, and all they could do was apologize without fixing the problem. No other solution was offered, and they made an excuse that their delivery driver doesn’t speak English. When I suggested a solution, they didn’t like it. I would not recommend ordering from this place.

This location is horrible!! Went there with my son and granddaughter and I wanted water with my sandwich they handed me a paper cone shaped like the kind that you use for a water cooler/dispenser seen in an office!!! What??!! Seriously??? I asked for a regular cup because there’s no way to hold the cone shaped cup filled with water and eat a sub at the same time they said sorry they would have to charge for a cup!! I was shocked and disgusted that you are forced to buy a fountain drink or pay for a cup to pour water in! Not to mention the sandwiches are paper thin!!!! Won’t be going back! Was a fan of Jimmy John's but not anymore!

Your staff needs to decide if the all customers are treated the same regardless of AGE. They are RUDE!
There is no signage where to place an order,
All these years in business nobody says anything!

The deception at this location is ridiculous. Find somebody else to play with. Anyways they barely put any lettuce on the sandwich, so cheap. That weekend crew is a mess. As for the micro manager; give some people a positions and they take it to the extreme, I left right out of there today and went up the street to Jersey mikes on 136 Ave and spent my money where the cheese is free. Nobody has time for childish games. Tomato’s are always soggy at this location anyways. Let kids run your store and they will play childish games ✌🏽

They will soon be extinct just like the Jimmy John’s that disappeared and used to be located on University and Griffin. I have been a customer of Jimmy John’s before they were even located on this North end. My first Jimmy John’ experience was at the one located in Coral Gables on Miracle Mile and that was over 10 years ago. Jimmy John’s services have gone down, since then,, especially at this Sunrise location. Duck droppings at the front door. To that weekend crew; Clean up the duck mess at the front door instead of being messy

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jimmy John’s for years, but the recent experiences I’ve had with the location managed by BRITTANY have been beyond frustrating and unacceptable.

While I’ve had positive interactions with previous managers who were helpful and accommodating, BRITTANY has been anything but. Under her management, my orders have consistently been incorrect or missing items. This is now the third time I’ve received an incomplete order from this location.

When I called to bring the issue to BRITTANY’s attention, I was met with condescension and what sounded like a scripted response. She claimed she couldn't issue a refund for the missing items unless I returned the entire order—which is a major inconvenience for someone like me who works from home and cares for a small child.

I even suggested returning the sandwiches later for a full refund, at which point she claimed to speak to a general manager, then returned to say the GM agreed with her decision. But when I asked to speak directly with the GM, she suddenly claimed he wasn’t available. The inconsistency and lack of accountability are astounding.

This level of poor service is unacceptable, and as long as BRITTANY is in charge, I will never order from this location again. I've also contacted corporate and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Enough is enough. I’m done.

Update: 5 days later, still no call back and no refund. I wasted $40 on food i did not completely receive.

One month later!:still no call or email!!

I meet my wife here at least twice a week for lunch. Food is great, especially the bread. I love the employees they are so cool. If you're in the area and love subs, Jimmy John's is the best by far. Definitely this location.

I placed a delivery order and was missing items on sandwich.
Gm confirmed that another sandwich could be redeemed on the house.
When it came down to redemption... that's where the trouble was.
Assistant manager seemed overworked, irritated, and unhappy.
I was limited to the same sandwich because I was told that's what I originally ordered.. But I wanted something different because apparently that sandwich can't be made correctly.
I explained the inconvenience in having to pick up the sandwich and no compassion.(very sad) I should've just requested a refund or waited for the (GM) personally.
Hands down ... definitely not coming back. Assistant manager has a bad attitude and lacks communication and people skills. Thanks for trying to help Don
