Enjoyed our experience here. The burgers were sooooo good. Bread could have been fresher though. The server was really nice and very professional and even though we were using a bunch of coupon promos he still treated us well and with kindness. He was a bit confused on the cards we were using because we had the play and eat promo but also a Groupon but after figuring it all out it was all good. Usually you get an attitude when using groupon deals and such. Thank you for an incredible experience Kai. You're excellent at what you do and we felt taken care of, not judged and welcomed. Request Kai y'all! Won't regret it!! And make sure to tip these guys the value of the true total and not the promotional amount. I'm sure with all these deals, they get stuffed a lot here and this Johnny Rockets has a great team. Hostess, bartender, manager were all kind and the cook/kitchen made a mean burger and delicious shake. Will definitely be returning.

Went to dinner before going to a show at the Panthers arena as we walked in there was a sign saying to see hostess to be seated but there was no hostess to be found till we walked to the middle of the dining room. Manager and staff leaning up on counter with counters as well as one of them sitting in the bug good chair. We got a table and wait 5-10 minutes before anyone came over to greet us, all while I could see the manager and servers discussing who was taking our table. Finally a servers came over and didn't introduce herself just stated she wasn't our server but would be taking our order. Finally I believe our actual server came by to deliver our drink but again she never introduced herself. Food came out fast which was good but server left and came back another 15 minutes when we were ready for the bill. Manager never left the counter, she honestly looked like she did not want to be there.

My husband and I had a Groupon for a free appetizer with gameplay in the arcade.We walked around looking for someone to help us . Finally we sat at the bar and waited for someone. While sitting at the bar I put my hand in what smelled like peppermint oil.They also had a gnat catcher on the bar. We seen maybe 1,000 gnats. We finally got a lady who was standing talking to someone and she got an attitude with us. I told her they had way to many bugs for us to eat there.She stated it's because they were changing out the beer and that caused gnats or fruit flies from how sweet it was.We got our cards for the arcade and had a wonderful time on the other side.They couldn't pay me to eat here tho with all those bug all over. Was really looking forward to eat here.

Nice and fun experience. You get to choose where you’d like to sit and they serve at your table. Service was speedy and food was right what we expected. The large arcade area was so much fun!

We came to this location today to have lunch. We were told to sit where ever we wanted and the restaurant was not too busy. Service took long to approach our table, and food took long to arrive. The food was decent with the Swiss mushroom burger being pretty good, but the servers had no rhime or reason to attend to the tables. All while, the manager was walking around the restaurant, a non busy restaurant, absolutely clueless as to what is going on. Our waitress gave me more water when we were done with the food and it took her 20 minutes to get us the check. It should have got to use when she saw that we were done with our food. Management needs work here, and for the price of the burgers some fries or a drink should be included .

Extremely Disappointed with Service – Refused to Seat Me Well Before Closing

I arrived at Johnny Rockets in Sawgrass Mills at 10:22 PM, well aware that the posted closing time is 11:00 PM. Despite this, I was turned away and told they were no longer seating customers. There were still several diners inside, and no explanation was given beyond, “We’re not taking anyone else.”

As a paying customer who made the effort to arrive well before closing, I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. If the staff plans to shut down early, the hours of operation should reflect that. Closing a full 38 minutes before posted hours not only wastes people’s time, it reflects poorly on the brand’s commitment to customer service.

I’ve enjoyed Johnny Rockets in the past, but this experience left a bad taste. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, because customers deserve better.
