I’m a resident of Sunrise, and this KFC location is very convenient since it’s close to my home. Unfortunately, the service here is consistently terrible. The staff never seem prepared, and their chicken availability is always an issue — they rarely have food ready for customers, no matter what time of day you visit. It’s incredibly frustrating to have a local restaurant that you can’t rely on. Because of these repeated bad experiences, I now drive nearly 20 minutes to the KFC in Plantation, FL, where the service and food quality are much better. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and holds the team accountable. This location has potential, but the current level of service is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service experience will never be going back to this kfc. Made me wait in the drive thru for a mobile order once at the window said my food wasn’t ready if I can come inside? Came inside found my name on my bag behind the counter and nobody wanted to give me my food. Horrible staff and management

Such a disappointment. Original recipe overdone. Not only am I never coming back to this KFC but I’m never going back to KFC altogether. too many seed oils made me feel sluggish after eating what I could.

Slow staff placed a mobile order and waited 10 mins people behind me was getting food before me and I only had mashed potatoes and 2 pieces of chicken worst kfc ever don’t go here

They don't know anything about customer service, they don't greet, they are only interested in having someone arrive, order and pay. We got a chicken with 8 pieces and some of a different color, that is, half burnt.

Everytime I come to this KFC they are very slow & do not have someone manning the counter. Even when there is no line, I stood there for 6 mins before Someone out of 5 persons I saw came over. Today I was 6th person & 2 walked out that were in front & 3 that came up behind also walked out. There were only 2 persons working. this was ridiculous.
Whoever fried the chicken at 6:50PM on Friday, October 18th, 2024 deserves a RAISE. I called to try to get their name so I can put it in my review, but no one answered the phone. But that was literally THE BEST KFC I've had in YEARS! Over the years, KFC chicken has gotten sloppy and just not appetizing tbh. But I decided to stop by tonight, and I was not disappointed. It was AMAZING! Like it reminded me of the KFC I remembered having growing up. Please do whatever you have to do to keep that chef on staff, it was absolutely phenomenal!
