They don't know anything about customer service, they don't greet, they are only interested in having someone arrive, order and pay. We got a chicken with 8 pieces and some of a different color, that is, half burnt.

Everytime I come to this KFC they are very slow & do not have someone manning the counter. Even when there is no line, I stood there for 6 mins before Someone out of 5 persons I saw came over. Today I was 6th person & 2 walked out that were in front & 3 that came up behind also walked out. There were only 2 persons working. this was ridiculous.
Whoever fried the chicken at 6:50PM on Friday, October 18th, 2024 deserves a RAISE. I called to try to get their name so I can put it in my review, but no one answered the phone. But that was literally THE BEST KFC I've had in YEARS! Over the years, KFC chicken has gotten sloppy and just not appetizing tbh. But I decided to stop by tonight, and I was not disappointed. It was AMAZING! Like it reminded me of the KFC I remembered having growing up. Please do whatever you have to do to keep that chef on staff, it was absolutely phenomenal!

Haven't been to KFC for 2yrs being the quality going down but I had a coupon so I tried it and it was very good.New chicken fingers by far better than past,good cole slaw & fries.Clerk was very pleasant and attentive which was refreshing,IYK YK.

I made an online order, order not ready at given time, Manager on duty said order was canceled when she looked the first time. Told I will need to wait 25min. Manager on duty doesn't appear to care about customer service. Very rude and dismissive. Manager on duty would not identify herself and none of the observed staff wore name tags. After waiting over 25min Manager on duty proceeded to serve customers that arrived after me until I asked what was happening. I guess this was my punishment for speaking up about customer service. If this is the example of management at this location. I will not return.
