Been eating kfc, 50 years, drove through this location, to be greeted by impatient non helpful service, and the Worst kfc chicken, old, greasy, dump it on the drive thru customers. All 8 pieces, (2 tiny wings,) for $25, robbery.

counter help and manager were too busy talking about their kids and social security, they didn't fill the entire order. Also KFC has gotten way too expensive - a 12 piece meal with a pot pie was $50.

Most of the staff at this location should not be doing customer service. Many do not speak English. Saw one worker preparing sandwiches and taking the pickles out of the tub with her bare hands.

When I tried to order on my KFC app prior to arrival, the app did not work. When I asked at the drive through, the man was very rude to me. I finally was able to fix the app and order. When I went in to check to see if it worked, I was ignored. The staff was very rude to me as a customer. When I got home to check the food, the chicken was horrible. The smallest and worst pieces were in the box. Do not go to this location if you want good food and service. The Tamarac location on University is much better all around
This KFC was clean, food was prepared well and tasty, however the person who waited on me seemed to be preoccupied and it took a while to get my order, I was the only one in line, so I don't understand why the service was slow

I was extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered the 3 piece big box with 2 breasts & wing & when I got home, I had 2 thighs & a drumstick. I don't like thighs or drumsticks but it was too far to go back to the restaurant to exchange it for the correct order. Very, very disappointing. I paid 13.36$ for chicken I didn't eat.
