The service was awful, the staff greeted us as if they hated being there. The milkshake was decent, but the macaron was so hard. I don’t think that was even a macaron the texture was literally like a cookie.
Convenient kiosk to place orders if the line with the cash register person is too long. Unfortunately, the kiosk did not complete our order once we got to the final page, it kept loading and never finished. So we ended up going to the line anyway.
Komma Tea is a small Boba and macaron spot located inside the mall. You can find it next to Auntie Anne’s Pretzels and across from Burlington.
My daughter ordered the Lychee on Lychee drink which was a lychee infused black tea with lychee jelly. She added tapioca boba for an additional $0.75 to her order and modified the sweetness by 50%. It was cool watching them make the drink, put it into the shaker machine and then sealing it.
They offer huge macarons for $4.79 each with a variety of flavors. Didn’t get it this time. Maybe next time.
Lychee on Lychee was a very refreshing drink. Tapioca boba and lychee jelly tasted fresh. Service was good. Clean space too.
We had matcha and lychee teas. They were light on the ice and very tasty. The manager was very nice and customer friendly.
4 people there just talking, and they still don't give a good service. On top of the overpriced goods. You should just close and save yourself from bankruptcy.
I got a watermrlon slush and it taste like ice water and $7 for that? 7-Eleven is 100% better.Don't wayste your money.
I usually like the drinks here but the kids that work here are trifling and rude.
This is my go to stop at Sawgrass since I’m obsessed with boba tea. They don’t offer the wide variety I’m used to, but my go to here is the Taro tea. It’s great, though it could be a bit less sweet. They’re generous with the boba. I would still return to this establishment.
The Thai Tea tasted rather plain but guess could still be an option if you are shopping in the outlets all day long.
The lower reviews here surprises me. The macaroons were top notch and the milk tea was also great! Everything was also served quickly. No complaints.
William is such a good employee hard working man he had a line of people and he was all by himself didn’t give no one attitude & was so positive And this is not the first time I seen him by himself the owner should be ashamed of himself!!! William was great tho I hope he finds a job that will appreciate him he was so nice🙂

william is the best worker, he had a long line and still managed to get everything done fast and very respectful, he definitely NEEDS A RAISE AND NOW, who ever is in charged should be ashamed, hopefully william gets more in the future
Loved Komma Tea in the Sawgrass Mills mall! The boba was so soft and sweet, and the tea was really flavorful
Dietary restrictions: They have alternative milk options!

Decent boba tea in the chaos of Sawgrass mills. We had the lychee and the taro. Both were okay - way too sweet and could have a thicker consistency. They are very fast in preparing it.

Everytime I order off the menu the employees act confused and ask a bunch of questions. Maybe know what drinks you're serving?

One of the better boba places in the area. Staff is inattentive but the boba tastes okay.
