Chef Juliette, met you tonight when I stopped by to get some takeout. We tried the jerk pork and brisket and had a sample of the jerk chicken. Food was delicious. Sauces were great but didn’t really need as the flavor of the meat was so awesome. Can’t wait to try the ribs next time!

I will ALWAYS rave over this place. I followed the chef when all she had was a food truck and a crazy amount of followers. It's awesome to know not only did she keep the high quality food (cuz it taste slap yo momma good), but she also kept the same high level of customer service. A chance meeting with Juliette's daughter at the farmers market led me to their new restaurant. They did a whole pork for my birthday luau that was simply amazing. The pork was tender and juicy throughout, nice smoky jerk flavor, and crispy skin. They provided both their BBQ and Jerk sauce and most of the guest hardly used it because the meat was that flavorful. Saved the sauce for myself!Party got wild so I didn't get a chance to grab pics at the end of the night, but was able to grab this before pic. Only the head was left anyways. Would definitely recommend them and plan on frequenting the restaurant.

The food was cold. The waitress repeatedly got our order wrong. We still didn't receive half our order so we made it to go. When we left and checked for our take out THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG!!!! Don't waste your time or lower your expectations. We did receive a $10 discount for next time

Restaurant review; Chef Juliette is a very nice woman and truly wants people to enjoy her hospitality. Portions are very large, and prices reflect that. We tried her soup once, and that was great, too. The shopping center itself is not the best but please go anyway and give this place a try.

Completely horrible catering experience for my wedding.She had been delayed by over 2 hours to deliver the food for our wedding. Every single supplier found location without any issues or delays. They failed to bring dessert, because as she said to my wedding planner it fell in the kitchen. No replacement had been brought or not even a call to inform that it will not be coming. And after had been chasing my husband for payment during the party. I am not sure what do they think is acceptable catering services, but it was beyond unacceptable. My guests couldn't eat the food properly because it was already dark, my schedule got all messed up, cake cutting delayed, which led me to pay extra for cake people because they had to wait and to photographer for extra hour to shoot the cake cutting. And instead to apologies next day and discuss it properly, she just charge the credit card that she had on file first. And when I addressed her with it, she said that it's my problem and became rude over the voice notes that she sent me and that if I didn't want the delayed food, I should have not ask her to serve. I am not sure what kind of customer service or client approach is that but do not hire this vendor for your event, there are plenty of other reliable people, who truly care what they do and will make sure that your wedding day will not be ruined with this kind of behaviour and lack of care and accountability.

Lickie Stickie BBQ has the BEST BBQ in the south!! I have lived in Detroit, North Carolina, visited Tennessee and Texas, had Cali BBQ and she makes the best tasting/seasoned meat I've had outside of my house!! You can taste the seasoning, smoke and love she and her team puts into feeding people who visit.What's my favorite dishes? First it's the smoked pork. Followed by the ribs, wings and Grouper. The everything rice and seafood soup is something I would never had eaten until I tried it and said WOW!! The fritters are great especially with Frank's hot sauce (I put that s*it on everything) lol.I would say stop by, sample and go from there, and enjoy!I'll add more pictures in a few but do you see that smoke ring!! My daughter and I had the pleasure of stopping in for pickup, and from you, minute our feet hit the threshold, it started with the greeting, and from there, it only gets better. Walking into the restaurant feels like coming home and eating grandmas cooking. The ribs were to die for by themselves, but the secret sauce is the BEST! The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were excellent. Overall, Chef Juliette makes eating at Lickie Stickie an absolute pleasure.Kid-friendliness: This is a place you can bring your family too without fear. Their BBQ (especially the pork) is absolutely delicious. Best Jerk Pork I’ve had and I’m a bit of a connoisseur. Their Mac & Cheese could be better and so could their corn bread, but their collard greens are very good. I have not tried their other items but I will certainly be back. I’m so happy they were finally able to open the restaurant (they also have a tent/stand at Veterans Park in Tamarac on the weekends). A must try!
