Lucciano's Sawgrass Mills

Common ice cream, small serve. Much better the Buenos Aires location.

While at Sawgrass, we were craving gelato so we stopped by Lucciano’s for a quick fix. They had a variety of flavors which all looked enticing but I got tiramisu and hazelnut cream chocolate gelato.
The tiramisu lacked that signature espresso flavor but the hazelnut cream chocolate was divine. Overall this was a delicious, cool treat and the prices were reasonable too.

Good quality and friendly staff. If you want to enjoy a good gelato come here, multiple flavors and the right price. Highly recommended

The milkshake is 80% milk, I actually complained and they told me that they have a measure of Ice Cream for this, but the meringues, milkshakes or milkshake are thick juicy ICE CREAM ? not liquid 80%>>>>. It's my opinion

The ice cream is fine. They are really really sweet. Definitely nothing to write home about. The customer service was atrocious. We got an ice cream that was not eatable and they refused to exchange the flavor. Would not recommend based on the customer service experience.

Stopped by this afternoon and we saw this vegan gelato and got so excited about it.paid for it !now its time to wait till the guy scoop the gelato but then he got distracted by customer that just walk in and forgot about us he started giving them samples then i said help us first pls then he said oh ok (what!) anyway i let it slide then he started scooping a non vegan and told him again that its the vegan then scoop the choco vegan then started scooping a non vegan to topped the vegan so i got annoyed coz this is really a very bad customer service
I forgot to take a photo coz the cup was so filthy in drips.
Note:while paying he told me to add tip to credit card.i should have waited at the end before the horrible experience.sometimes food thats good becomes bad when customer gets a bad customer service.

Excellent ice creams, I tried the passion fruit cheesecake and the chocolate hazelnut one. Both very rich. I liked the chocolate one much more than the passion fruit one since the cheesecake flavor dominates more than the passion fruit flavor. A matter of taste? Highly recommended for the experience and delicious flavors. Note: before ordering the flavor of your ice cream, ask the salesperson its price and size so you will be comfortable with your purchase.
