This old classic has been totally renovated and under new management. Its bright clean and spacious and the Chicken Marsala was my choice to keep carb conscious in my eating♡
Good meatball sandwich and chicken Florentine but the pizza is extremely greasy and stay away from that service was pretty good for the most part I would recommend them
stop in to order a pizza & a salad, 30 minutes later, my pizza has been ready for 10 minutes, ask the waitress to bring me the check & my food. She told me, I am waiting for your salad. WOW, TAKES LONGER TO MAKE A SALAD, than to cook a pizza.Got a coldcut sandwich with rancid meat. Terrible. It's a big shame, great pizza, fresh bread & veggies, served with rancid meat.Wish them luck, they are certainly going to need it.
Excellent service delicious food and great prices. Great menu food was excellent. Cannot wait to go again.
After eating here for 35 years we had not been in in 4 months walked in total new décor, new faces and when I asked - there are new owners. Asked about the menu - they did not carry over the food just the name - I have for 35 years ordered the chick parm - so to give this place a shot I ordered it - paper thin crunchy mozzarella on half the chicken, different pasta that did not have the homemade taste and the sauce is sweet. My partner who loved the tortellini ala panna - gone - so she had the ziti it was large but you can get the same quality or better at sbarro. What used to be a family run local go to place is now just a run of the mill soon to be gone cant find anything uniqe about it place. So Long to Marios it was a great run while it lasted.
The place got a face lift and looks great. Clean and bright and everyone was friendly. The food was good and hot. I recommend this place to everyone.
This site is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. when I feel like having a decent meal, this is the place that comes straight to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and many types of food and a large list of dishes.trained staff, and agreeable atmosphere. In addition to that, the tariff is reasonable. I sent my friends to this place with great pleasure.
Amazing. It's been refurbished inside, but pizza still rocks as it did in 1973. The garlic rolls, awesome. Come check them out.
I had a pizza pie . All pizza is different I like thin crust and the cheese was good quality so I will go back maybe try one of their dinners.
Old Mario the Baker was the best when franky owned since they sold the company the sauce and chicken is not the same I don’t recommend going here ever again they changed the menu nothing is the same except the salad dressing don’t waist your time here

Exceptional food, clean place, and great service. It may not look like it from the outside, but it's a hidden gem. The pizza and garlic rolls are superb! The pastas are also good and the portions are enough to take some more home. Highly recommend.
They bought this place for a cool million and proceeded to drive it into the ground. SUPER GREASY pizza, brunt garlic rolls, menu items not in stock, menu items different than listed on the menu and spaghetti like mush.. Probably avoid this nonsense.
Amazing ! Amazing! Amazing! The food was spectacular. The best pizza I have in Florida. I went with my boyfriend for dinner. I had the pasta with clams, delicious!!Very friendly staff. New owners .Great costumer service. ❤️
I went to the “new” Mario the Baker because of precovid visits. It was always a great place for the neighborhood Italian fare with good garlic rolls. Well the place is clean and socially distant tables which was nice. That is the last good thing I can say about this restaurant. The service was sporadic at best. One of the owners came over because I had a question about an item on the menu and he had no idea what I was talking about. The waitress seemed more concerned about her calculator than her customers. There were only 3 tables with customers in the whole place and she was in the weeds. We ordered eggplant rollatini and it was inedible.. The absolutely worst bit of food I have ever had...not exaggerating. The pizza was not made in-house. You could tell the dough was the perfectly perfect and uniform kind made by a machine elsewhere, flash frozen and thawed out on site. The perfect little balls of sausage, again were machine made, placed in a plastic bag and delivered by a truck. Nothing appeared to be made in house, especially the garlic rolls..They may have created sauces or garlic oil in house but I doubt it. Run as far away as you can from this place. It isn’t even a microcosm of the precovid Mario’s.
I had a great experience, food was delicious fresh, tasty, generous portions , price was right ,Service was fast ,stuff is friendly great family atmosphere ,clean I definitely comeback.
