The price and variety of options of the unlimited brunch is pretty good. The unlimited mimosas were delicious as well. However, I just didn't like the taste or temperature of the food. The fish and grits I give 3/10 only because it wasn't a good temperature and it was kind of bland tasting. I also had the seafood egg bowl that's served on a hot plate yet, it was super cold. The unlimited taco stand for the kids was a 6/10 do to not having the topping such as shredded cheese available and the meats were of a cold temperature as well. I'll only go back for happy hour drinks but I wouldn't return for anything else.

The service we experienced on Sunday 6/22 was horrible -it was our first time there and the waiter did not explain how the brunch works properly, he took over 20-30 minutes to come back to the table and that's only because we had to get another waiter to get his attention to have him come back to check on us- the food came out cold a few times and one time all of our burgers were not done at all- additionally I got sick the following day on Monday to find out I now have a stomach virus and can't keep any food down -this was the worse experience I've had ever with a restaurant-I even had to tell the waiter to bring out our drinks chilled because the mimosas where luck warm -

Service was slow! Brunch menu looked good but food came out COLD! Sent it back & it took so long almost like the server forgot & waffles & chicken came back out cold & pizza never made it to the table Not even a manager came over to apologize- it took us getting up & saying bring the bill for them to check on us We just paid & left!

Matchbox is always a pleasure. The food is delicious and the vibe is too tier. Our server Tavares was awesome and was very attentive. He kept the drinks coming and made sure we left satisfied. If you're looking for a turn up with great brunch, this is the spot!!! Will be returning soon

I have gone to matchbox two Saturdays in a row and both experiences were AMAZING‼️ The food was so delicious and the service was good! The stuffed French toast, steak and eggs, and waffle station are my favorite dishes. I love the strawberry lemon drop! The DJ though, he was so lit! Everyone was dancing and having a blast! Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First impressions are everlasting!! I will NEVER return to Matchbox, EVER! It was my first visit to there after seeing rave reviews on Facebook and from a family member who visited as well and suggested we visit for Father's Day! Worst choice ever!! Reservations were made 2 weeks in advance to get there at 3:30pm and could not check in with a hostess until 1/2 hour later to be told they had run out of food for Brunch, they were only serving dinner, and the wait would be an hour. What Is The Purpose of Making Reservations?? We were seated at 5:30p.m. The food was lousy, actually sub-par. They ran out of shrimp for the shrimp/lobster pasta, recooked a steak twice for it to be charred/burnt... God Awful! I need for you all to do better and more prepared for such events. I also heard it was 10 times worse on Mother's Day. I will definitely not return even on a slow day and will give a thorough update on Social Media! THUMBS DOWN!!!!

I had a 3:15 reservation on Father's Day for 5 for the unlimited brunch that's advertised 9-5pm Saturday and Sundays. Got there at 3:05 to check in I was told my table would be ready in 10 mins. 3:15 I went back to check and I was told 10 more mins . I went back at 3:30 I was told 10 more mins. We were seated at 3:44 in a booth upstairs. The ac wasn't working and we waited 10 more mins for a waiter. We asked for the Brunch menu and we were then advised that Brunch ended at 3! So we got up and left after the long wait and chaotic atmosphere just to be told that we can no longer get brunch . The manager on duty was very overwhelmed. This place doesn't have enough staff and it needs to organize Brunch a lot better. Very disappointed

Unlimited brunch was fire. From the biscuits, to the steak and eggs, shrimp n grits & chicken Alfredo I will definitely will be making my way back

I like the idea of the buffet option but I should of knew better if the quality of the food. I was very disappointed. The best thing I had there was the muffin bread. The steak eggs and the sea scrambled eggs was horrible. Also the chickens wing felt like it was microwave. The music was good for the brunch.

Came for brunch. Food was a little ehh (lacked seasoning) but our server kept the drinks coming and told us what was commendable in her opinion. She made sure the our first experience was a good one . Shout out to Kiara with the good hair! Also, he DJ was on point. He definitely made the experience one more star better.
