Do not mobile order here. They have no idea how to cancel the order if the items are unavailable. Tried to get slushies for the kids and they were out. Fine may I have a refund then ? Rude Management replies: Call The App I can't help. say what...you mean that in this age of technology the store has no way to cancel an app order????Unacceptable...will never purchase from this location on Sunset Strip.
second time doing mobile ordering at this location
I had to wait a long time after I got there to receive my order. This time, it was only half correct with my iced coffee being perfect. I ordered the BBQ bacon grilled chicken sandwich and got the Pico guacamole. It was good but not what I ordered.
Restaurant is falling apart. If you look at how many violations this place has had you would never go here again. Nasty people and the manager named Chris is very nasty. You would definitely know when he's there. Cross contamination as well. They used the floor broom to clean the toilet (almost threw up). I would never walk in there again knowing I'm stepping in human poop.
