Waited 10min in drive tru from the time I ordered to the time I got my food . There was only 1 car in front of me ....... When I got food my fries were cold and old... so then I had to park and go inside. I asked for the manager , and when she did finally walk up I told her these fries are cold she then told me that I should have asked for fresh food when I made my order , I was not aware that one has to ask for FRESH food when coming to a McDonald's to spend money to buy food . One would assume that you get fresh food when you order. Seems I've learned a dirty secret of this location, THEY WON'T GIVE YOU FRESH FOOD UNLESS YOU ASK FKR IT . I was so appalled when I heard that comenkut of this Manager's mouth .. and it wasn't just what she said itbwas HOW she said it ...just nasty

I ordered Uber Eats from this McDonald’s and they sent me a 20 piece nuggets with a nugget bitten by some employee…. The bag was sealed, and the 20 piece was at the very most bottom of the bag. So it was impossible for the driver to do it. One of these disgusting employees took a bite of MY FOOD and threw it in there. Never ordering from this McDonald’s again.

The amount of time I've wasted just stuck in this so-called "fast food" drive thru is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
Sat in drive thru for 30 mins today 11/17. Received half my order then was told to pull up to the stop sign and wait for the rest. Finally got the rest, 3 large fries were half full. When I went back around to make my complaint they told me I need to get back in line or come inside and was greeted with a nasty attitude. Food was cold and service was terribly slow.
