This Mcdonald’s was the best I’ve ever been to, when I tell you the customer service the food was amazing, Alexis she took my order her personality, customer service, was top tier. Alexis deserves a raise, she was so amazing I had to leave a review. Best McDonald's.

I had ordered a big Mac with no sauce due to my allergies with ingredients in sauce and the worker completely ignored my request for no sauce. If I was not allergic to the ingredients in the sauce, I would have no problem eating it, but even Wiping off the sauce would still not be enough since my allergies are severe 1 / 10 for these employees and the services they provide.

This McDonald’s always had fresh hot food that I love so I always try to come to this location when possible. I have noticed that service has gotten a little slower recently but still worth in my opinion.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s! The manager and one of the employees working tonight, October 6th, 2025, at around 11:10 p.m., were extremely rude. From the moment I arrived, they treated my son and me in a humiliating way. They also made a mistake with my order and charged me for an order that wasn’t even mine!
When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t cancel my order, and they also refused to return the money for the order that didn’t belong to us. The manager handled the situation terribly, treated us disrespectfully, and then went to hide instead of resolving the problem. As we were leaving, one of the employees even called me “stupid”!
This kind of behavior should never be allowed. I will definitely never return to this McDonald’s location.

This McDonald's makes the best Filet-O-Fish ever!!!!! Just be careful as it will be freshly prepared and hot. Excellent!
Sensational visit from the team at this McDonald's! Josh at window 1 and manager Narline at window 2 made my experience great, food was hot and this was an exceptional experience because of the genuine personalities that were driving the experience.

Why can't people in the drive thru every get orders right. I order chicken and cheese and bacon on a bagel. And need to explain 45 times the same sandwich and yet it comes on a biscuit. Pay attention to your customers as we are the reason you have a job. If you can't handle the job quit and do something with your life. This McDonald's never gets order right over 25 times wrong on simple orders. Complete waste of time these employees are
