I always order frappe’s from this food chain but this location is the Most messed up one. I ordered my large frappe and I’m so annoyed that it’s not even full like what is going on? I wanna complain, but I don’t wanna wait another couple of minutes because they already took a while to fulfill one frappe. Surely will not go back here.

I don’t usually like to do reviews but I feel like this one is necessary. Service here is horrible !! They always get the order wrong then when you correct them they give attitude like you are the one wrong. Then when you ask then if they can do something for your inconvenience after soo many times of having to come back after getting orders wrong and they deny the request at the least that’s they can do. The Manger Kevin is terrible as well doesn’t come up with solutions being a manger is very bad look. He doesn’t even have proper speech to be im position like that for what he was saying to me. Not for nothing but he had the WORST ATTITUDE EVER. Hopefully someone can correct him on that.
