The whole point of using the mobile app is for efficiency and faster service. Its been already 2 times i come to this McDonald with my order already made; they make you go to a spot for no reason and when you ask something to the person they walk away. I was asking about condiments that if i had to go back inside she said yes. But i had to literally scream because she was already walking back. Very disrespectful and with an attitude! I will not be buying anything from this specific McDonalds every again!
I was asked to pull to the curb and wait for my order which is fine, but the lady, who I believe was the manager, that brought it out was extremely rude. When I tried to get her attention to explain I was missing an item she cut me off and told me to have a goodnight and shut the door in my face. The lady who took my order was very nice but the other lady was very unprofessional and rude.

The restaurant was dirty, the tables and floor had debris, the manager on duty was very rude and had a bad face, the food took more than 20 minutes, when the order arrived the food was incomplete

Disappointed by the lack of care over a simple order
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a drink and an ice cream cone for my husband. The order was repeated back correctly, and I confirmed it. But when I got to the window, I was handed a plain cup of ice cream instead of a cone. I never asked for a cup.
I politely mentioned the mistake, but no one offered to check the receipt. Even if they had, it wouldn’t have helped much—the receipt was incorrect and printed so faintly it was barely readable. It listed a hot fudge sundae instead of a cone, so I was likely overcharged. I wasn’t going to argue over a few cents, but the lack of care was frustrating.
They did make a cone, but it looked rushed and thrown together. The woman at the window was kind, which I appreciated. Still, the overall experience showed a lack of attention and care from the start.
It’s disappointing when a simple order turns into a hassle. A little courtesy and attention to detail would’ve made all the difference.

I’ve never Imagined myself giving a review to Mcdonalds drive thru service but Latisha SUPER NICE made sure all the order was right and we got our sauces !
The food was served at the table, table service is available, sanitizer is provided, the restroom is open, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended, 5 out of 5.

Went to place an order the young lady walked by and asked can she take my order Went outside came in walked past and asked again as I waited she walked up and said I'm not going to let the devil get the best of me,when I asked why she said that she got even nastier when I asked for the manager she replied I am the manager now how that going to work for you ???????

Took my girlfriend here yesterday and requested a frappe with milk and no coffee. Online it said I could order without caffeine. When we ordered the workers were laughing very hard and she ended up drinking it and getting very ill as she has a caffeine sensitivity

I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody ever took my order. If you have a job then do it. All I wanted was a sandwich. I guess they expected me to place my order on the touch screen but I didn't think it was necessary since there wasn't anyone else in line 😒

Since installing the self serve order stands, the staff inside literally ignores you. No greeting, no sense of urgency or want to help.
If you order a meal deal, 5 or 6 bucks, they dont ask if you want medium/large they just upgrade you and charge you for it. No reciept given, ever. Burger patty was chewy to the point i had to spit it out and throw the rest out. Very disappointed

This morning I went to get an iced coffee, as I do every day, but at a McDonald’s location I had never visited before. When I gave the cashier my code for the iced coffee, she told me it wouldn’t work and she didn’t want to scanned it. When I tried to scan it at the front, she said she didn’t want to scanned it. She then told me to refresh the page, but after I did, the code no longer worked and they refused to validate it. On top of that, the staff was very rude, which made the experience especially frustrating so early in the morning, so I left. The manager and the cashier at 10:20am on September 18, 2025 were rude and not helpful at all.

This place really been going down hill lately. Always stacking cars in parking spots to artificially make their drive-thru service look efficient, hospitality being subpar, but today I literally threw my food out after opening it from the wrapper. There was so much brown grease covered over everything like the worker who made the burger, dipped his hands in the dirty grease bucket and decided to keep on making the food.
