Had to get my receipt reprinted as kiosk didn't give me one(quite common for mcdonalds kiosks) got my food quickly, accurately, and they made sure my fries were fresh. Guy employee was extremely helpful, all others were helpful as well.

If you go around 9:30pm - 10pm they will have you sitting in line and will not take your order until they feel like it. I was in line for 30 minutes before I had to pull up to the front window asking for some help. Whoever Netta is in there does not want to work. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Strange that the sign on the door says dine in is open at 11… but doors are locked by 10:10! The drive through line was around 10 cars long, and the doors to the restaurant locked. The restaurant must be understaffed or something- unacceptable!!
Over 20 minutes to bring our mobile order to our table, only to mess up the order so I have to ask to get it correct. Incredibly slow, and very poor service.

The people that work are so lost, they barely know what they’re doing. And there is a lot of people but they don’t do their job like how I said they are LOST.

They have tables outside, we didn't sit down and from inside they challenged us with signs to come in, I don't know why they have tables outside, the truth is that they can't be used, for that reason they close the service to the public and only do automc. Unpresentable.

If I could give a -5 star review I would definitely do it. The customer service is HORRIBLE, disrespectful. It’s clear that the employees that work here do not want to work here or deal with customers. My kids had ice creams and they were only filled half way!!! I didn’t pay half price! I paid full price. There were no straws, not lids for the cups, no napkins in the self service table and as I went to ask for whatever I needed that was not in the self services table, felt like they were doing a big favor to me. No one cared and just were talking to each other ignoring the customer in front of me of the cashier!!!!! Don’t go there! Pls don’t go! There are other many better places.
