I received my order after 30 minutes, but had to return twice. First, they forgot the double cheeseburger, and then it turned out they didn’t give me the drink. I had placed the order to be delivered to the table, but no one brought it. When I went to the counter, my order was just sitting there in some kind of water, mixed with other receipts. I haven’t experienced such terrible service in a long time.

the manager is hella rude, you know your usual suspect, I ordered a coffee early in the morning, and when she handed me the iced coffee she thought I snatched it from her which I didn't and didn't have a reason to, and started talking alot of crap for no reason and when me and wife were walking out the door one of the employees was being nosey and was watching us leave as if there was an issue.. crazy.

My cousin had an interview today at 11:15 am, she went in at 11:01 and told the employee she's here to see karleisha for an interview. the employee said karleisha is not hiring there's an error on the app that is scheduling people for interviews, 3 different employees told me that, while karleisha hide in the office and never came out to speak to me herself as a professional.

Was asked to pull up to the curb to wait on my order, which I’m fine with and have happily done at other establishments, but this McDonald’s simply doesn’t have the lane space to accommodate that. I have a sedan, not a large car by any means, but other customers were still having to squeeze by me. Furthermore, I only received half my order and then had to remind the team member of what the rest of my order would be (a drink and 3 more hashbrowns). After about 20 total minutes of waiting I received a drink and 2 more hashbrowns. I would say specifically to just avoid THIS McDonald’s, it’s not like you have to drive much farther to reach the second closest one.

The worst customer service. Today
Was not allowed to add 1 ice cream cone and was told I have to go inside. Defeats the purpose of going through drive-thru. The lady was disrespectful when she spoke. She shouted that i had to go inside and when i entered there was no one at the register.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in the entire United States. The attendant yelled at me because I asked for two more ketchup sachets, saying I should pay for the extra ketchup. She threw it in my hand and kept grumbling. I've never seen anything like it, extremely disappointed with the place.
