Utterly DisappointedI had 2 bowls and both bowls had dry rice, but in my bowl in particular half my grilled onions were still raw and there was almost no shredded cheese when I asked to have it. Only thing I ate out the bowl was the lettuce the pico the ground beef and the mushrooms

I remember this place used to be better. This time it was a complete disappointment. To start, the employees didn’t welcome us and they looked like didn’t know what they were doing. I ordered a steak homewreker burrito and a chicken quesadilla. The steak tasted old and the burrito was cold. Quesadilla was cold as well, the cheese inside was not even melted. And even the chips were bad, very salty.In addition, the bathroom was dirty. The dining area was dirty as well, the trash containers were so full we could barely empty our baskets in it.

I don't usually write a review but I have to. I have never been this humiliated in my entire life. With this being my first visit at Moe's I will never do business with Moe's again. You're staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was yelled and screamed at because of a mistake in my order when I asked the cashier to correct it. She processed a refund without my consent then proceed to charged my card again instead of making the correction and have me pay the difference. After waiting for my side order that she had to correct , she ignored me and walked away,when I try to get her attention she embarrassed me by yelling at me from acrossed the counter in front of 2 other customers in the facility, stating if I wasn't too busy on my phone then my order wouldn't have been messed up, when I was on the phone with the person I was ordering for. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said too bad the manager's on vacation and she was next in command. So I left without my side of order and when I reached home my food was burnt. I'm so disappointed. I will definitely be relating this message to your corporate office, as well yelp.

This place is really the best tex-mex fast casual restaurant. They have a delicious variety of meats that really changes the dish you order. It's not like they all have the same seasoning (like a certain other company) this restaurant specifically is always pretty clean and service is relatively fast. It is on a super busy area so a line is to be expected, these guys aren't robots. Lastly, they have one heck of a queso sauce, but I gotta say, they really need to being back the chili con queso, cause that stuff was literal gold!

Food is good. You can tell they are having a hard time hiring qualified people with any customer service skills. The person that took our order and checked us out did not say one word to me or acknowledge that he understood the order. But he had no problem repeatedly pointing to the place to add a tip on check out.
The one employee that helped us was very polite. He was a young thin brown man (wish I remembered his name) who worked quickly and with a smile. I would totally go back.

Tried this Moes out since we were out west, we usually go to the Tamarac location. Got my usual chicken homewrecker burrito. It was only fair. The rice tasted old. Also you had to request salsa for the chips since the salsa bar was not open. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I have been to a lot of Moe's from Miami to Buffalo and everywhere in between over the years and have never been told that they don't put burritos on the grill. This was the 1st time this has ever happened. I think that they are try to compete with Chipotle to see which place is worse. Maybe this guy used to work for Chipotle and hasn't been trained properly? Idk. Come on guys you're better than this. Let's get it together. I'm not giving up on Moe's, just this location. "Sawgrass"

The woman who made my food was very polite and fast. However.. the man who cashed me out wasn't as friendly but definitely as fast since he wanted us out of the restaurant. Our food was made to go and when he let him know we were dining in he no the lobby is closed. It was 7:15 and they closed at 8. I asked if it was due to covid so I know next time since I come here often and have never been told that.. He just said no.. ohh and they couldnt give me any of the sauces.. not sure why again they just said no. And I was actually going to get the womans name to try and recruit her for my own team at the company I work for.. I guess that a no as well..
