The food,service, and atmosphere were all absolutely amazing! I got a plate and I got brown rice with parsley, mac and cheese, green beans with crispy shallots, cornbread on the side and grass fed steak! I also got a chocolate chunk cookie which was absolutely delicious as well.
I came and was just stared at and not greeted when I walked in which should have been the first red flag to not get food from here. It was my first time going and while I ordered I asked how it worked and if I could get the Mac and cheese w the carrots . The male employee who was helping me looked me up and down and said “ you want all that? “ I was confused as to why I was being questioned on my choices then he proceeded to look me up and down and tell me if I wanted protein I could not get the carrots. Not only did I feel unwelcomed the food was bland… will not come back,

I really enjoyed the food here. The mushrooms were possibly some of the best tasting mushrooms I've had in a long time. They were just the right texture and seasoned well but not overpowered.

If I could give this place a 5/5 on the Happy Cow app I would since the veggies only bowls that we had were absolutely outstanding (FYI that Happy Cow app limits reviews to 4/5 if a place is not solely vegan). My base was spring mix, 2 sides shallot green beans + marinated tomatoes, but my “meat” were the mushrooms & they were outstanding. Hubby had base of pecan kale greens, 2 sides were siracha green beans + charred broccoli + cinnamon sweet potatoes, which was equally delicious. Check out my pic below & THOSE MUSHROOMS WERE FIRE.

Tbh, I was pleasantly surprised. Full transparency, I was skeptical bc it looked like some caucasian activities and the food looked like it could be really good or really bad. Luckily for me it was really good & I’ll be back. It’s $21 for a bowl & drink but it’s 2026 everything is expensive.

This was the best, freshest meal I have had in a long time. They have a diverse range of local ingredients, and I tried a few things I wasn’t sure if I was going to like.
Well, the stuff I wasn’t sure about ended up being my FAVORITE. You could tell all of the produce tasted super fresh and delicious too.
