Ordered through the app because it has awesome deals. Did the 2x large pizzas with three toppings each and the specialty large vegetable pizza. Still just as tasty as ever, however the crust was a bit too tough this time compared to their usual fluffiness.
Picked up my order at the location because I enjoy seeing the controlled chaos inside. It took a while because others were waiting for their order as well.

Ben was awesome! I work in sales and have always been told to call customers by name as it adds such a personal touch. Never had it done to me. THE DIFFERENCE WAS REAL! It only took Ben seeing me twice and not even in a short amount of time to remember me. Impressive and a nice personal touch. Give him a raise!

We ordered three pizzas, wings, cheese bread, and a special sandwich. You all gave us a wrong Pizza. We did not order a Hawaiian pizza. We tried calling you to see if we can get the correct Pizza and no one was answering the phone. I hate Hawaiian pizza. Thank you for delivering the wrong pizza and ruining my evening.... and then a little more than half an hour later you delivered the correct Pizza! Thank you very very much. For that you get five stars

Jeff just answered the phone and mentioned after 1 1/2 decides to tell me my pizza went somewhere else...Guy jeff said oh driver forgot a pizza and made a mistake took our pizza to another home brought back to store swapped it out with different driver to bring me a pizza that was at someone else home. Then I mentioned please I don't want a pizza that was already in someone else home he said oh well. Im.like really Oh well my ass just cancel the whole order...I would never ever order from there again. Please be careful with this place and how the store workers handle the food. Very nasty.

Ordered delivery on a Saturday midday (11/02/24), I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and they were fresh and amazing! I’m impressed honestly for it being a franchise pizzeria 😅 I will be ordering again in the near future. Also, the delivery driver was quick! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very unprofessional staff. They sent the wrong sauce and refused to help with the situation and asked if we wanted to come in and get it. Why on earth would I order delivery just to have to come in and pick up the sauce just because your staff messed up? There only reply was “It was busy.” As if it being busy meant it was ok to pack the wrong items. This location needs new staff.

Delivery orders never arrive anywhere near estimated time provided when placing the order. Food is mediocre at best most times. Staff is rude & disrespectful.

I placed an order on August 17 for my daughter’s bday to be delivered on August 25 at 2pm. I received an email on August 23 that my card was declined. I called that day to let the restaurant know and they told me that I was ok and that my transaction was charged. I insisted on asking them to confirm with the manager to make sure everything was good for the day of delivery. The representative told me the order was charged and that I was good. That was a lie because on Sunday at 1:30pm the restaurant calls me to let me know my order is not processed because the card declined. I told them I knew this and called to resolve it but the person insisted everything was ok. The person who I spoke with on Sunday at 1:30 then tells me to place the order again. At the time I am in the middle of celebrating my daughter’s bday and I had to stop to place the order again. The pizza finally arrives at 2:20pm. I did everything in my power to make sure this was a smooth transition and it caused unnecessary stress. Disappointed with the way my order was handled.

My pizza was supposed to be ready at 945 and I called to see if it can be ready early and was told it was ready as of 905. Needless to say when I picked it up it was ice cold even though I was promised but the person that answered the phone it would be hot. It tasted as though it was made the day prior. I don't understand why each day the standards are different at Papa John's. I usually don't have issues since my orders are the same but last night it was simply awful.
