I called to order the Seafood Soup, asked if they had and was told yes wanted to order a large one and was told they do not take orders over the phone would have to come in, indicated on my way then. Drove 20 minutes only to be told they had none. For sure my car will not be driving to this place again. I read the reviews and it is so sad that a lot of our Jamaican restaurants think it is acceptable to give poor service to their customers. There are too many other places to get good food to put up with poor customer service This Restaurant needs to get its act together.
I love the food. However I did a door dash for a large oxtail and it was only like 4 oxtail in there eventhough I paid for a large highly disappointed but again I love the food.

First time eating here. I ordered Brown stewed chicken, rice and peas with steam vegetables. Let me tell you EVERY bite had flavor. Meat was tender. 10 out of 10.

Why I came back here if don't know!.This is probably the worst customer service I ever experience at a restaurant outside of Jamaica.The attendant at the counter serving the food has such a nasty attitude as if you are begging for the food and not paying for it with your hard earned money. Apparently she brought the same nasty Jamaican attitude to the United States. This isn't my 1st visit but maybe my last. After reading some of the reviews I can see there is a common trend regarding the customer service but clearly no accountability. Not sure why a business owner would allow the employees to cause them to loose business when this is easily rectified. The food is pretty good but there are so many other places that are also pretty decent with better customer service.

Food is great.. my orders always get cancelled after ordered for almost 2 hrs wait then cancelled.. real horrible happen too often for a place you always ordered from.. They need to improve on their order service .. unhappy customer..

The food is delicious. The portion size in relation to the price is disappointing. The customer service is lacking. The staff always seem to have a negative attitude when serving you. Furthermore, the man claiming to co-own the restaurant with his brother was very disrespectful!
