It's traditional pho, but that's where the comparison ends. The quality of the cooked beef cuts looked a bit more aged than I would care for; curiously close to spoiled with a yellow tint to it. The raw cut is dripping blood; I'm used to it washed a bit. The broth is not beef bone broth but looks hot white water made from vegetable bouillon. If it's beef bone broth, they probably boiled it for like 15 mins or something as nothing came off that bone. Oh, and no holy basil. For those who know their pho, if you don't have hoisin sauce or chili oil on hand, you will not enjoy the pho here.

The best pho I’ve ever had and staff was insanely helpful and nice. The food was amazing!!
We came in a little late but the owner and cook was very welcoming. We ordered the chicken pho and it was so delicious and fresh! The owner was very attentive and even brought our table cut fruit to enjoy! 10/10 recommend trying this place!

If you’re looking for a late night Pho this is this place to go. I tried the Chicken Breast with Dark Meat & the broth was just to die for! We walked in at 10:45 because it said they close at 12. Unfortunately their kitchen closed at 11 but they were still so kind to make what we wanted and enjoy ourselves. The owners were sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend!
