I used to Love Love Love this place as they had the best pho in my opinion. I went there yesterday after a while ( I moved) and the bowls of pho are one size now it's smaller and more money. I was so disappointed as the reciepe has changed and not for the better. The broth was not balanced or tasty. The meat was cut big and hard to chew. It's clear there has been a change in ownership. I won't be returning.

Only Pho spot open late. So good! I ordered the P06 pho and it was nice and filling. I had to ask for cilantro since they didn't bring it out with my toppings. I added chili oil to mine and it was so potent! I was coughing (everyone was, but like in a good way) it was so good. The shrimp wraps were perfectly crispy and the shrimp was juicy it was really delicious. Not to mention the restaurant was really chill. It wasn't too busy when I went, but it was like 10 pm. I loved the plants at the entrance! And the table was nice and clean. Will definitely be going back.

Pretty okay! Like middle ground good.The service was not particularly attentive. The food was OK, but pretty bland. The egg rolls were the best. Veggie and Tofu Pho did not have any flavor really.The prices are pretty cheap, which is appropriate. Not bad at all, just not anything crazy astounding.

So DISAPPOINTED about my lunch today. If I had the time to bring this food back and request a refund I would have. I didn't notice till i got back to my office The food here is not cheap and that's not a problem, but I expect to get what I pay for. My bhan mi was only vegetables no meat. My rice was plain white rice. One small cup .The barbecue chicken was not Vietnamese it was regular dry barbecue chicken breast.....I was embarrassed because I bought lunch for a coworker as well.This place has new ownership and it TERRIBLE. I will never recommend or be a patronize this place again

Yummy Vietnamese spot on sunrise. Have ordered from here a couple times and the food is always good for a fair price. Haven't ate in the restaurant because i always take out but it's decorations are cute and people who work there are always really nice. Ate my eggs rolls and banh mi so quick didn't remember to take a picture but here's updated menu

Place advertises they close at 12am. I get there at 11pm and owner tells us the kitchen is close... in Vietnamese I presume because he didn't even bother speaking english; he just waved his hands. If you wanna close at 11pm, then update your advertised operating hours and stop wasting people's time driving to your restaurant!
After eating here many times in the past - new ownership. Pho was bland, the smell of body odor was THICK and service was inattentive to service - but not to their cell phone

Got the vermicelli noodles bowel, the meat was covered in a gross red sauce, they only gave a tiny amount of lettuce and sent the noodles super hot. Very bad Vietnamese food.
