Mr. Joe has no knowledge of customer service, after a call to place my order and having difficulty hearing it due to his low tone of voice, he had to repeat the information several times and he got angry, the only thing to do was to get upset and throw away the phone, leaving me unable to place the order as I wanted. I understand that after a long day of work you are stressed, but if you see that you are not going to be able to handle clients, the ideal is to look for something where customer service is not a priority.

If I can give it just a review without any star's, I would, but sadly can not.
I called to order a large regular chicken pizza. Gave them enough time to make the pizza, when I get there Tatiana (manager). Finally, take a look at my pizza and then notify me she messed up my pizza. I would have to wait 10 min ,so she can remake the pizza. Being understanding that 10 minutes turnt into 30 minutes waiting. Finally, it was ready , but the pizza was dry out and was flat bread .which I did not ask for. Also , it looked like a sausage pizza instead of chicken..terrible services and a lack of consideration! Don't recommend it!

Impossible to upload the photos, because since the size was very small, there was not even a border left. It was delicious, but unfortunately the sizes looked like the previous size, the medium looked like small and the large looked like medium.

I ordered a New Yorker pizza. Which comes standard with pepperoni. I added extra cheese. As you can clearly see? I received a cheese pizza. Not only that. There wasn't even extra cheese. Just plain old blah cheese pizza. I called into customer service and was assured someone from "upper management" would reach out to me. Sure they will. I was feeding people here in Florida on vacation. We were tired and I thought this would be quick and easy. How embarrassing. I ended up ordering dinner from the competition who was able to get my very simple and uncomplicated pizza order right. Thank you for absolutely nothing and making me waste my money. In this day and age, where ordering out for some is a treat? You underwhelmed and disappointed me. And your follow up customer service is terrible. I wasted my money.

This place used to be good and is now in shambles. I would give it zero stars if I could. 1 star is generous. I ordered 2 large pizzas and the driver delivered some pasta and breadsticks instead. I called to get it corrected and all they offered was for the same driver to go to the store and get the pizzas that a been waiting there for over an hour. I would have gotten the pizzas over 1.5 hrs after I made it. I ended up canceling and left with 3 “hangry” kids. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut. Horrible Service!! The store blamed the driver and the driver blamed the store. Never buying from the again
