Terrible service, never answer the phone, hang up mid call. Full card information was required over the phone. I arrived when food was said to be ready. Lady, saw me outside didnt open the door or give me an avarage wait time. Waited more, inspection came she let them in while my food was sitting for 25 minutes. Wanted to cancel order and lady hung up again on me without any details of refund.

I’m giving 3 stars because the food I ordered was really good but the ordering process was terrible. I called to make an order for a picada around 6, the lady says I have to give her my card number & security code on the phone which is not standard for a restaurant. . Normally you can pay in store. So she tells me she can’t make it without me paying first so she offers for me to pay online through their website which I try to do but it says the restaurant isn’t accepting orders. I call back and tell her the website isn’t working & she says it’s working on her end & there’s nothing she can do. She again says I have to give her my card information or come in. At this point, I tell her I will be coming in. . After all this trouble I’m thinking she’s going to make it while I’m driving there since it’s OBVIOUS that I really wanted the food. NOPE, I get there to pay and she says it’s going to take 30 minutes. She was really nice & apologetic about everything but it was such an inconvenience, something that could’ve taken me 30 minutes took me almost an hour and half. She didn’t offer me anything for the huge inconvenience though. You can tell they are really about their money. I’m going to think twice about ordering from them even though I really like their food. All in all, the picada was really good, it was seasoned well and tasted great but the customer service was not good.

Poor customer service, food was terrible and greatly over priced. The rice was hard, beans were tasteless and the soup container was only 3/4 full. Do Not Recommend!

Really was hoping for this place to be excellent and really was sadly disappointed. Empanadas made out of a box and I said beef and its like this mushy yellow stuff. Can see in the pic. Had a steak sandwich was terribly cold, barely had any meat and holy mayonnaise. That's not what a Latin steak sandwich should be. Just over run with mayonnaise. Sadly this place didn't work out. ?

We could not eat it, that's how bad it was. Miami is fabulous for all kind of Latin cuisine, but this experience was so underwhelming...They clearly use very low quality products which explains why none of it has any taste.

Right now I'm sitting outside this place waiting for my food and it's 59° for me it is cold, the waitress told me to wait outside even tho I told her it was cold and asked for a table inside, I understand if it were busy but right now there's only a couple dining inside. With this kind of customer service It doesn't surprise me why it's this empty, last time coming to this place I just hope the food was worth waiting for in the cold.

I paid 17 dollars for this bandeja paisa I mean come on if you’re going to give that much food at least charge less just look at the chicharron and the platanos and the steak!!! That’s a rip off that chicharron is not even half of what should be there. Rip off. Demasiado caro para una miseria de carne.
I ordered a bandeja paisa.. for 17 dollars plus tax and I get this? If you're going to give this at least lower the price there is no meat on the chicharron the platanos are tiny the only normal thing is the sausage and thats because there's no way to make it small... rip off.. estafa!!!! Malisimo lugar. Esto no vale 17 dólares..

They do not have a menu to give you when you are at the table , you have to read the menu from your phone , or from a paper that they have posted in the front window , and also you can not pay at the restaurant , you have to pay online even you are going to eat at the restaurant . The sir was a nice guy .
