First time coming here. Haven’t gotten my smoothie as yet but the cashier associate is friendly and I always appreciate that.

I’m only writing this review because this is my 2nd time this week having a not so great experience at this place. And honestly it’s simply because these employees are just doing what they want. To the owner, I strongly suggest hiring new people who actually care about the success of your business. Me having to wait even though you open at 9 for your staff to show up at 9:05 is UNACCEPTABLE (Mon. Feb 1st 2026). And me being told to come back in a few hours because “sorry I got here at like 8:50am so the Açaí isn’t thawed out” is UNACCEPTABLE. (Fri. Feb 6th 2026). Seems like your staff needs to be held accountable for punctuality because it’s bringing your business down. Which is a shame because you have the best bowls in town. Might have to start shopping else where.

I just came here like 5 minutes ago I see only one girl working taking orders and making them even though I had to wait 10 mins to order I understand because only one girl doing everything is crazy! Little attitude but this explains it she doing everything I mean everything! She surely deserves a raise ! Didn’t get her name light skin girl eith green eyes

The smoothies here are the best, I love it. I am a regular, but certain days it doesn’t taste the same, I guess it depends who is making it. But usually it is great.

Hi, I walked in this recharge smoothie to order shake an the little short girl had little attitude wasn't saying much. She comes with 2 shakes throws them on the counter an walks off I didn't know which shake was mine. Customer Service is #1 when it comes to any business an the employees here have bad communication skills.

Very nice place, staff was kind, and the environment was peaceful and quiet. I ordered the Crazy Banana and the Green Ale and both were amazing! In my experience it is hard to find a smoothie place offering a banana smoothie with no other fruit included. The Green Ale was very good too, and kept me full for about 4 hours (20oz). I will visit this place again. Solid smoothie place.
