So i have been to this place since it started and always wondering why chef or owner keeps updating changing the menu but now is even worse. The menu has become even thinner and one of the best banh canh has changed so much that even friends and family would not come back anymore because is not as tasty and has become a lazier version of it. Not sure if the chef or owner has made these kind of changes but bring it back since the whole menu just seems meh at this point.

My husband and I went to check out this place for dinner on a Friday night. We initially wanted to try from seeing it viral on tiktok. We ordered spring rolls and the wings and both were very underwhelming in portion size and flavor. The wings barely had any flavor and sauce. The spring rolls were so tiny and looked like it was cut in small pieces to make it look like it was a lot but it's not especially not worth the price. My husband ordered the beef bourgignon pho and for $20, the bowl was served in a small wooden bowl. The beef was really good and tender but not worth the price since you barely get any broth and noodles. I ordered the pho boney and bowl size was slightly bigger but the broth was disgusting and bitter. I normally don't add the sauces because in our experience pho should never need sriracha or hoisin sauce but this one needed it. The shortrib was small sliced pieces of brisket-like meat which was great and flavorful and tender but was disappointed that it only came with 1 piece of oxtail. I would not pay $26 for this bowl for the contents it came with. Having tried other pho places, the broth is everything and this place was a let down. You are better off eating at pho bar in Davie which provides the same authentic yet upscale quality food or Pho 79 which is also authentic Vietnamese in Davie. Bowls at most will run you $22 at most for the largest specialty sizes and $15 for the regular pho options. The wings are also super fire at pho bar and worth it. In total, we spent $78 including tip for 2 people and was extremely disappointed. We took it upon us to pay at the front because our waitress never came back and was nowhere to be found after getting our food. There was only 2 people working on a Friday night which slowed down service even more. We will not be going back.

We were very excited to try this place. Unfortunately, every single item we ordered came out incorrect, it took us thirty minutes to get water, and we had to flag staff down for any kind of service whatsoever. I’m not sure how this operation is being run, but it’s very obvious the staffing and management are inadequate. Please address this if you plan to stay open. What should have been a 45 minute experience took us almost two hours to get out of, and we left hungry

Great place. No need to hesitate. It might take a little longer than it should, but the taste makes it worth it :)

I came in on a quite busy Sunday, everything was good besides the service. There was one lady working the whole restaurant which I thought was unfair. She did her best but it wasn’t worth asking for extra water or to pay my tab. I had to grab her attention to get attended too 🍜

I’m so happy I found this gem! The food was delicious. So many vegan options to enjoy. Love the family feel of this place and the wonderful service. We had the vegan pho and vegan crispy rolls and beef pho. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much ❤️

I had heard amazing reviews about this place and was really excited to try it. We went on a Friday night and they were very busy, so we went next door for a beer while waiting for a table. We were told we’d receive a text in about 30 minutes, which we did, and returned after 20 minutes.

After being seated and ordering, we waited 55 minutes without receiving our food. During that time, our waitress never came back to check on us or provide an update. Eventually, we walked out. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience, especially given how much I was looking forward to trying this place.
