Ordered 2 large pizzas with several toppings for delivery. Received 2 small cheese pizzas. I know they didn't mix up my order because my receipt with everything I ordered was taped on the boxes left at my door. There's no way you would confuse 2 small pizzas with 2 large. Just pure carelessness. Oh and the small cheese pizzas were very mediocre, didn't even finish them. Will definitely not be dining in or ordering delivery from there ever again

Pizza is delicious! They have the best ranch dressing for those who like to dip their pie in it!

We were a party of 12 and the experience was just okay. Pizza was thin crusted and tasty. Decent portion sizes. Half the orders came out wrong or needed adjustments and one entree came out so long after the others, we had to take it home because everyone was done eating. Loud atmosphere. No apologies were offered for shortcomings, just lame excuses. Poor management.

Good food, but got sucked in to a 2 for one, supposedly we had 4 min. before the deal was over. Recieved the bill and 2 glasses of wine turns out to be $ 24. 00. One bottle of that particular wine cost $ 12 +. So 4 glasses later the wine alone was $ 48. So buyer beware check prices, before your hoodwinked into the 4 minutes left to get a deal. Ha Ha. Other wise dinner was good.

Pizza here is the REAL THING! If you understand what it takes to make a genuine NY Pizza, then you will enjoy that pie!
However....
Many bars and lounges advertise a 'Happy Hour' and this location is one of them. MOST bars and lounges offer two-for-one bar brands and common beverages such as wine and beer.
Here, the server, (name withheld...), admonished us, "Hey, there's only 4 minutes left of happy hour, I can get another 'cav' for each of you ladies," (my wife and her sister). In this case the 'cav' was a common brand, "J. Lohr," that sells for $12.95 at the nearby Total Wine & Spirits for a 750ml bottle. Here, at Sal's the regular price for a GLASS of the stuff is $14.00! So, when the waitress offered 'Happy Hour' prices, we thought that meant the 'two-'fer' that would normally be expected at a place like this.
NOPE!
Not happy that I was charged $48.00 for four glasses of some of the cheapest wine in the city after we saved all of $2/glass on it.
Just NOT HAPPY! (It's more than 24-hours later and I'm STILL not happy!)
Be careful when this restaurant offers any kind of 'special deal.' There's likely to be some fine print!
I rate the pizza a full-on TEN! I rate the policy and greed a clear MINUS 10!

Friendliest staff every time I make a call for delivery and delivery is fast! They are patient and so sweet. Idk if it's the same girl or if all of the girls are totally awesome who answer the phone, but thank you!!! :) The food tastes great, although the pizza at the Pembroke location IS better, in my opinion. The new Godfather Chicken is excellent and the eggplant soup was good, especially with the garlic rolls. I order from here often and you should too!

Ate pizza years ago was good but today I had pizza was like cardboard. Chicken parm sandwich was disgusting thick heavy dry bread a teaspoon of sauce and a once of chicken bread not toasted I think they try to reinvent the sandwich it’s was disgusting for $15.00. That was 90 percent bread place should be closed down dry ridiculous never had a sandwich so bad they should be ashamed please fix this you can do better

I've eaten at 3 of the Sals, hands down this location is the kindest, most chill location. I felt, literally, like family when I walked in. Their mannerisms, their way of addressing me, the way they made conversation/food suggestions. Chef's kiss. Definitely looking forward to returning for more occasions. The food, is of course, always phenomenal. But the experience is exceptional! To Joey and Alexa, thank you for an amazing Sunday!

We called to place a large order in. The person that picked up the phone provided great customer service, was helpfuland knowledgeable.

The rolls were amazing , chicken Parm and veel parm, were also delicious.
However , our chicken picata and chicken marsala were not so great. The chicken was chewy and there was absolutely no flavor

I had no idea this place existed and I've driven by it a hundred times. The food is good. The atmosphere is interesting because the music is decidedly out of place. The portion size is very good. Like any good Italian restaurant there's a slight attitude and I don't mean that in a bad way at all. My real complaint was getting refills on my drinks I shouldn't have to beg and remind the server and that just won't do. I will certainly go back because I liked the food.
