Went to this place to have lunch while shopping at the Sawgrass Mills Outkets and got very disappointed. I ordered 2 lasagnas with one drink and nothing else. I paid $32 without taxes and tip I asked if the lasagna comes with at least a piece of bread or something else and I was told no, everything else is at an extra cost. Absolutely insane and costly for just a small lasagna, not worth the money for the size. Staff was friendly, but what you get is absolutely not worth the money. Not recommended if you’re looking for a decent lunch meal.

1. place looks like a crack joint. not that i came to judge the architecture but my lord, little paint on the walls would attract a few more customers.2. lady didn't speak a lick of english, and grabbed the wrong damn pizza, maybe she was hungry also? had to confirm it was the different one by the time it almost touched the dirty looking conveyor chain.3. the 2 cold crap ass pizzas came to 17 sum after she was done digging out her dingleberry with no gloves prior to manhandling my pizzas. 4. audacity to ask for a tip after this bogus blows my mind.don't think i will be returning to this stink shack.

Pasta was cold I asked for extra sauce I still stirred. It was still white. I had to go back and then the girl at the server me made a comment about my sauce. Customer service is the worst ever they couldn't care less. They should fire people behind customer service serving there because horrible.

(it was not uploaded correctly) (reviewed December 2020) I know it can be a complicated job, the cashier may have had a bad day but she can't treat someone like that, the pizza was served in a not very clean way I'm from Bolivia and I was impressed by how clean they were. I'm going back to sawgrass in 3 weeks, I hope to have a new experience. anyway i love sbarros i hope it can improve❤️

Just went and asked for a whole pizza and the guy told me they weren't doing that today. I order 4 slices and paid 28 dollars. You guys need better customer service and prices.

It's a chain eatery that's been around....usually their pizza is decent...this time my kids got the alfredo pasta (tasteless), garlic bread (rock hard stale), and soda. We should have stuck with pizza slices. Lastly, this was the worst customer service experience at a Sbarro. The staff could care less. Sad.

I went today for the first time in a while to get a whole pizza. $23.99 for one pizza.... wowI tell the man what I want but he was so busy telling the cashier to "only charge the guest in front of me for a soda and not his food" that he did not pay attention to my order. 15 minutes or so later they give me a pizza that was wrong. I told him that, that was not what I wanted and he blamed me.... they remade my pizzaPEPPERONI pizza half with green peppers and onions, the other half add sausage.... operative wordPEPPERONI... meaning pepperoni on all of the pizza.... second pizza 20 minutes later...Pepperoni, onion and peppers all over and half sausage. My friend hates onions!!!! I gave up and took my pizza.... soggy crust yuck... wrong pizza..... no compensation.... how are we doing text system on receipt ... automated.... no one there cares. Starts at the top.... Owners... managers... workersIf the top doesn't care... none of them careDONT EAT HERE!!!!!!
