Wow, I don't think I've ever encountered such a large staff of the most pleasant, courteous employees at any takeout place I've ever been in my life. Food is decent, but the kind people made my day 👍

Great place for a quick meal. We were surprised by the quality of the food for the price.
Huge shout out to the entire team working tonight for knowing about gluten and taking my gluten allergy seriously. It means so much to be able to eat out with friends and feel safe. The cashier was knowledgeable and clearly communicated my allergy to the kitchen. The Gf bun was excellent and my meal was even served on a separate tray with an allergy alert sticker.

Besides the fact that they have great burgers and shakes they also happen to have theeeeee best veggie burger! The food is always super fresh and the service is excellent. The employees keep the dining area clean at all times and the food never disappoints.

Since when do you have to input qty 2 when placing a BOGO item? This isn't my first order of the same item and same deal I never had to select 2 when the promo is BOGO I didn't like how the manager on duty handled my concern very dismissive . LAST TIME ever ordering from shake shack sawgrass location. Sick and tired of being lured by deals just to get FINESSED. Now I gotta leave my house because we weren't accommodated what was advertised. BRING BACK SERVICE!!!

So currently undergoing chemo and my immune system is compromised but really craving a burger.
I liked it was an open kitchen so I could see hygiene in practice. And that you could customize the burgers by not having condiments or salad and going for the option of extra well done on the cook.
