I love Smoothie king but My experience today wasn’t a good one. There wasn’t any customer and you thought they’d be happy to see a customer coming from the way they greet me to the server was very aggressive. It was like a chain effect. The cashier first her name is Fiona Williams says that she’s a manager, and then the server followed with the same kind of aggressiveness when I ask for the foam cup, she says it’s $1.75 more well I didn’t know that was a thing now. This is just a message to the owner, customer service is everything I know Smoothie king is a brand, but who you put in there says a lot about your business. And I purchased two add on and I didn’t taste any peanut butter, but I just let it go

This Smoothie King location in Plantation is undoubtedly the best one in the area. I have never been to a SK where every single employee is friendly, helpful and always has a great attitude. That’s one of the reasons I continue to go back. They are efficient even when busy and the cleanliness of the establishment is excellent. Consistency is another aspect they specialize in when it comes to making smoothies. They always taste the same and are of the utmost quality. Go check them out!!!
