Food and drinks are great. I am having a problem with the service. I asked for a cup of water after purchasing two impossible sandwiches and an iced espresso and never got the water. Stood up to ask again and was completely ignored. I also want to mention I used to work for Starbucks and I know this treatment to customers is not tolerated. It is my first day of training at a new job and I was looking for a nice relaxing time before I head in. This was disappointing.

If you value your money don’t go here!! I work so I order via DoorDash. Read my receipt and look at my drink nothing I PAID FOR IS THERE. Try to call, line beeps busy. Finally get an answer “The barista is new” Id rather go to Starbucks in the mall than order here. For $20 I deserve my correct order. Update - After they offered me to come in after work, lol Why would I need coffee after work???? I decided to drink the coffee and it’s awful, not a hint of expresso in sight. So much for quality insurance.
