I frequent this location a lot lately because of the medical building next door . And I have no complaints whatsoever. The location is pretty busy and yet I always receive great service and friendly customer service from any of the employees on any given day . Today they only had 2 employees and were super swamped yet they both kept their composure and delivered things as fast as they could still with great attitudes . My drink and grilled cheese were delicious! Thank you!

The place is nice and well located, close to Sawgrass Mills, with good music and a good atmosphere, the customer service is very good, they are fast when delivering orders. Second time ordering a cappuccino and it's a bunch of milk with what must be a teaspoon of coffee. I feel robbed! Do better!
Compared to other coffee shops, this is a very typical Starbucks. Nothing bad at all. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The look of the store is okay. Very similar to all the other stores. What is refreshing is the art on the walls. Plus they offer outdoor seating and have free WiFi. The food is done well as it is from all the other Starbucks. It's not any worse than others. But not any better.

I used to love this store and it was the only starbucks I would go to. But recently all of the staff has changed. They are rude, slow, and make in person orders before mobile orders. There are so many baristas just standing around and doing nothing. Where is management??Whatever the time on the app says your drink is ready, ADD 10 MINUTES. And it will be wrong!!!

Every time that I come to this location, the baristas are always pleasant. They greet me and thank me as I'm leaving. This is not the closest location to me but it is definitely my favorite.
