This used to be my favorite Starbucks! Same staff every day, attentive, quick, consistent. As of a few months ago, it seems to have gone down hill. I can order a drink 15 minutes ahead on the app and im still waiting 15 minutes for it once I arrive. The order is incorrect a lot of times but I usually don’t have time to say anything at that point.
At most starbucks, they are generally busy but they have a cohesive team that works together to get everyone served efficiently. This one definitely has its busy times but even when it’s “slow” there is still a struggle

I visited this location on Nov 13 for CupDay, and it was anything short of busy! It’s become a tradition every year that we must collect their seasonal cup give away which is also reusable! The coffee cafe was packed, and noisy! It was kept clean, and things were flowing in an orderly fashion. I placed my order for a holiday drink, and received my free holiday cup. The wait time was about 8-10min. I also tried a banana nut loaf, which was moist and delicious! It was a great time, and, it was also my birthday same day, so my holiday drink was comped! The Carmel brûlée is amazingly delicious!

We stopped to get coffee before Church, the lady got our order wrong and when we told them they made us go and pay more when they could’ve just put some milk in our coffee. Terrible service.

Got sucked in by the Starbucks marketing of a Free Tall coffee for today for rewards members. Signed up again, because I guess my previous account was dumped due to a few years inactivity, and came in to redeem the coffee offer and to hopefully start using the rewards account on the seldom Starbucks visits.
I was told by the employee I couldn’t redeem the free coffee because my rewards account barcode won’t scan unless I’ve had it signed up for at least 3 months. That is NOT what the terms of the marketing said. Guess I’ll stick to other coffee shops like I have been doing and only frequent Starbucks when I unfortunately get gifted a Starbucks gift card for the holidays.
What a shame. I thought I’d reconsider giving Starbucks another chance, start being a regular again, and use my rewards account…but not like this. Marketing was very misleading it turns out in this case.
Just lost me and my husband again.

I’ve always loved Starbucks and have never had any issues with the quality of their food or drinks. However, this visit was disappointing. When we walked in, there were three employees at the bar one with his back to the register. He turned around a few times, but along with the others, they were busy joking around and talking. No one acknowledged us or the two people waiting behind us. About 3 minutes later, someone finally took our order, but with an attitude. To make matters worse, there were flies around, and the trash bin was overflowing. Definitely not the standard I expect from Starbucks.
