This location is closest to my house. That would be a great thing if they weren’t the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t matter which part of the day. I always order using the app and then have to wait in the drive thru line for 5-10 minutes AFTER the app tells me that my order is ready. So by the time I get my chai latte, it’s lukewarm. But I won’t say anything because that would cause me to have to wait even longer while they remake it. I will literally drive 5-10 minutes past this location to get to another that respects the time of their customers.

Drinks never taste how they’re supposed to. Always come bland and generic. Havent had this experience at any other location, so its disappointing
Ordered a mobile order from here, don't expect them to have the order complete. Always check. Management does not do their job well.

I really like this location and a few of the employees — they’re always friendly and welcoming. However, the consistency in how the drinks are made needs improvement.
I have no problem paying for coffee — I actually look forward to buying my Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. When it’s made right, it’s the best iced coffee on the planet. The oat milk should be on top, with the espresso at the bottom — that’s the perfect balance.
I would gladly pay any amount for that experience. It’s no different than someone paying for a well-made cocktail — it’s about the craft and the quality.
I’ve even seen YouTubers make this drink better than some in-store baristas. That said, there are a few baristas here who consistently get it right, and when they do, it’s incredible.

Useless that what I have to say. I had a very important event and placed an order the day before to pick up at 9am. They had me waiting 20 mins for it. Disappointed honestly

Starbucks is the best! I have been getting my Americano with soy each day for the past 19 years. No joke! Throw in relocation from WA to OR to FL, I am provided top-notch service and a smile 95% of the time. Reward both individual contributor’s who do stellar work and call out teams that flow well together! Post successes inside and out! for all to congratulate! Showcase and sample the new drinks at the window and on patio! Move the staff around. Celebrate more! Where is the 8-grain roll? My favorite!
March 28, 8:54PM, arrived at this location at this time and date, saw several employees inside, waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no service. Your employees are closing earlier than the posted times.
This is my favorite starbucks for many reasons. my favorite is that they always remember my order 🥹 today i was blown away, not only was my order remembered but i was out the drive thru in .0000002 seconds ! fast service . then she said “i’ll see you tomorrow “ 🥹 because i will be back. great job everyone 💕
Tavaria was extremely rude and has 0 customer service. I wish an option was available for no stars. I ordered my daily regular, a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. Before the drink was handed to me, I realized that the color of it looked extremely dark so I tasted it before moving off and as predicted, it had too much chocolate syrup. I turned to the young lady, Tavaria was her name and said to her that it's too sweet and I can't have it. She rudely asked if I work at starbucks and hesitated to take the drink back. I asked her for her name 3 times and she stood there staring me down rudely and wouldn't answer. The Manager came to the window and ask the issue which I explained and she too (Taylor was on her name tag) hesitated before providing the worker's name. I don't need to work at starbucks to know what my Frappuccino should taste like. I order the same thing atleast 4/5 days every week so of course I know what my drink should taste like. It's the third time I stopped at this location and wasn't satisfied with my drink. This young lady in question needs to be trained on customer service....better yet, she shouldn't be addressing customers directly as there a reblend policy which she should be aware of and to know that if I wasn't please, she was to have my drink reblended instead of being disrespectfuland rude....0% is my rating
