They were extremely chaotic behind the bar and it translated into the cafe and their service. There as even one lady walking around very slowly behind the bar and just telling all the other people what to do. I get my drink, and it tasted like there was barely any coffee and they only filled half the cup. This was my first time at this location and I can say I’ll never come back here.

The service from the ladies was horrible, they are not helpful, they are annoying. I asked for napkins and the answer was: THERE ARE NONE....(?!), the place was very dirty, it was very unpleasant. I decided to take my breakfast to my car, which is cleaner and has a better vibe than inside that place. I will never go back! 👎🚩

I literally never write reviews but today my Starbucks order was the highlight of my day. I originally ordered a tall iced matcha latte. I was very politely informed that they were out and that i could be made anything else or have a refund. I gladly took on the option of another drink and not only did my barista SLAY my drink but she also was so so sweet and made sure it was perfect for me. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me which was not necessary at all and I am so so appreciative of the kindness in her heart. Come to this Starbucks if you want a SOLID 10/10 drink AND experience. Thank you nice nice barista lady. I hope you always have a good day!

The worst service ever, they don’t pay attention to detail, I ask for a Latte no Fom, or cream and sugar on the side, they gave me my cup argue about packages of sugar, once I was gone I realized that I should check my coffee and open the lid my cup was only half full of coffe and the other half was Fom, The service Sucks!!! Go some place else for Coffe.

This Starbucks was out of oatmilk & soy milk. I was informed the only non dairy option was the vanilla non dairy milk. I ordered two chai lattes and they both tasted like just regular hot milk…. They also didn’t have any cake pops… I visited this location on September 26, 2024 at around around 4:30pm. Nonetheless to say, I will never be back at this location.

The staff are very nice, overpriced like crazy is my only complaint but that's Starbucks. Sometimes the staff mishear me like crazy and have messed up my order a decent bit

I stopped in during the morning rush. The staff was super busy but took the time to make me feel like I was the only customer, without sacrificing customer service to everyone.
I left the store with 3 cups of hot coffee and all three spilled all over me, my car seat, my bag, and phone. I was upset for obvious reasons but not at the staff.
I returned to repurchase the drinks (for myself, my boss, and a colleague) and to my surprise, I was given new drinks, clean towels to clean up the spill, and excellent customer service.
Every person behind the counter was extremely busy but they made time to make sure I was okay.
Always gets our order right and quickly! My wife and I frequent this Starbucks more than any others!

i want to shout out to Colleen Valderrosa for a eazy breezy resolution to a little speed bump i had with a coffee I ordered that I had to return today She not only greeted me with kindness & a smile i also got a free cafe mocha coffee along with a refund for the other one that had the issue. much appreciated to a superior way to treat customers! i am a regular at this establishment and the “only” thing id like to share is that when Ms. Colleen isn’t there in house that the staff pays more attention to the drive thru than the customers inside. literally i waited last two times inside for 25 minutes for my 1 coffee. Perhaps a bit more swiftness can be asserted in the future! thanks a bunch ☮️☯️ lori nero

I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew. Typically, it’s made on my arrival but this time it was already made and the foam had separated and there was some ice in the cup. I’ve never experienced that before and I will never be back to this location.
