Way too slow , they need to hire more people or train them to be faster. 1 car stuck at the order booth for over 15 minutes is horrible customer service. At this rate this place will be out of business soon.

Stopped in after a game for a post win burger. Its was great. Had to wait a bit and there's no one to take your order as you now order at a kiosk but over it was good.
I work in a restaurant so customer service is a huge thing for me. Miss Patricia was absolutely incredible. Such a sweet soul, helpful and kind from the moment we walked in. Very welcoming and listened when I mentioned the milkshakes didnt taste sweet. She checked the issue and mentioned perhaps there wasnt vanilla syrup in the ice cream and fixed the shakes for us, resulting in a delicious shake for my son and i. Its so very appreciated and i wanted to leave her a shout out and extra thank you ! ♡

Im very appreciative of Miles for fixing my sandwich tonight. I know it's late and I totally forgot to ask for no sauce so that's my fault. Him doing that makes me very happy and now i can eat a sandwich I actually enjoy. The drive thru experience was pretty bleak but hey, it's late and people get tired 🤷🏽

It's basically self serve.. you order in a kiosk.. they hollar your name out to pick up good.. you get two tickets to scan for your beverage which turns on the beverage machine.. you clear your own table.. so give yourself a nice tip since YOU did a good job.. lol
