I find it absurd that the employee counts the amount of vegetables he is going to take out!! In addition, the service is terrible. The gentleman does not even greet you when he serves you. Never in my life has there been a subway where they count the amount of product they are going to take out as meticulously as he does. It is a shame that it is like this! Previously, the attention of the employees was very good. The owners should consider that it is not just one customer who says this, most of the recent comments are like this.

If subway is charging $12+ for a combo meal, the least you expect is to be able to walk out with a sandwich that’s worth the price. The employee literally only puts 2 pieces of each veggie you request, as if there’s a shortage at Subway headquarters. The audacity is just wild, it seems like this is a recurring issue at this location. Take your money to another location or skip Subway altogether.

My cousin & I ordered 2 subs, the guy manager or employee working was very nonchalant. There was barely any meant on the subs and once he got to the toppings it was very light, we had to keep telling him to add more a few times. On top of bad subs he charged us for extra cookies.

Worse experience ever, wanted a tuna sandwich and had to pay extra so they could put a decent amount (still not enough), then the person making the sandwich was counting every single string of lettuce, counting every single olive and onion, I had to repeat to please put more of every ingredient, which is so uncomfortable. Then, after that, I found an eyelash on my tuna only after 1 bite, I wanted a refund of my combo and they only wanted to refund the sandwich, I told them they needed to refund me the whole sandwich combo and they made me take the juice and chips from my child and give them back half way eaten so they can give me the refund. Mind you, I had to wait for them to try to convince me to get another sub instead of the refund. Horrible experience.

Canceled my mobile order with no reason in the app, and the app just said to call the store. But guess what, THE NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE. Crazy that subway is THAT broke.

This guy is the manager or an employee I’m not sure but this is ridiculous, I never seen someone count the pickle and the olives he literally put 6 from each , the amount of lettuce he puts was a shame , I got a veggie sandwich that basically has nothing inside I had to tell him please add more few times and still the amount is ridiculous, asked for cucumber he put me exactly 4 ,the guy is cheap and rude and don’t care about the costumer no wonder nobody was there but me .
Not to mention he charged me extra for cheese and put few sprinkles of shredded cheese .
This is the worst subway I ever had.
I felt bad so I bought it , I should have left and tell him he is a cheap and rude person .
Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. Really disappointed and horrible customer service.

On October 9, I came to the store to get two sweet onion teriyaki chicken subs and the employees were the nicest most helpful people. It’s unfortunate that customers do not respect the employees enough and aren’t polite enough for the service provided. The general public should acknowledge such hard work and praise it and stop expecting good service without being a good person.

Went to order food at 7:30 pm on a Thursday and was told I had to come back in 30 minutes, the young woman was on her break... me and the other 3 would be paying customers had to leave... if it is so busy she needs a break, she needs more people helping.

The customer service at this subway sucks. There’s a young lady there with a bad attitude and her customer service is terrible. I ask when the last time the cookies was baked and she couldn’t even tell and than she had attitude with me for asking when the last time the cookies baked

I had a warm welcome as soon as I entered the store.. I told the sandwich artiest VAS that I was deaf and he knew the alphabet in ASL and it made my visit so much easier so my experience there was great and amazing I should give a 10 star.. best experience and most definitely returning more often

Very bad service, the girl who served us had a very bad behavior, she gave us cold sandwiches, made us wait a long time, and had a dismissive attitude when she realized that we spoke Spanish!
