The place is clean and food is good. Employees are very nice and helpful. Problem is that you can't use the restroom as it not open to the public. You serve food where am I supposed to wash my hands after I'm done eating?It's ridiculous.

Very bad service, the girl who served us had a very bad behavior, she gave us cold sandwiches, made us wait a long time, and had a dismissive attitude when she realized that we spoke Spanish!

I’ve been debating whether to write this review but I just ordered from another subway and the experience was so much better! The service from the regular employees at this store is good except the owner/manager. The last 2 orders I’ve placed on the app get canceled and are not ready when I get there. I have to wait in line and place order. Employees told me that the owner/manager won’t let them take orders on line. So they have to cancel them. If it wasn’t for the regular employees I would have given this store no stars! If you don’t want to participate in app services then opt out of it.

Nasty attitude I was served by employee 937. Fire her. She burned my sandwich while toasting pulled the meat out threw it on another bread back I toaster meats were crisps not in a good way. Her attitude was disgusting talking under her breath in whatever language extremely rude. I hate that I live near shit subways because I love their sandwiches however this place has always failed.

So today is April 11, 2023... I don't usually order from this store but I gave them a chance for an online order. Well let's just say it's first and last.I wanna tell everyone I used to work for subway back in my teen years and I know the scoop portions and amounts to be placed.I order 2 foot longs on tuna. When I got home from picking it up, I opened one of them up and starting eating (noticing the tuna meat was VERY VERY minimal).I ate the sub either way bc I was starving. When I called to complain, the owner answered and verified with her manager that the scoop proportion was appropriate and I should have taken a picture LOL.As an inconvenience the next time I order and PAY for 2 other subs, she is willing to give me 2 extra scoops.Very bad customer service. Won't be coming here anymore ;)Advice to anyone coming in, make sure you pay attention to the meat size (and get your money worth $ for the correct amount).Don't place any online orders from bad review places again, customer service issues not solved appropriately.

Riserva Terre

Place had a funky smell when I came in. Though the sandwich artist was nice and I appreciated the care he took to make my sandwich, I found that the sub I had seemed off. An ingredient wasn't fresh and it was hard to tell what. I think it was the bread or cheese. Anyways, worker was good but the food quality was low. Better subways out there - at least during tonight.

I bought a sandwich on two occasions here. I don't understand why ppl act strange or nervous bc I'm making conversation or being friendly around here. I'm polite and respectful anywhere. Don't toss my food. I even gave a tip. Thank you.

Although I ordered and paid through the app, when I arrived I was told they could then make my sandwiches and that I would have pay in person and wait for a refund of what I had already paid through the app. This store also does not take any coupons or coupon codes. In addition, they were possibly the worst sandwiches I've ever gotten from a subway. Toppings were few and seemed flavorless.

My first time visiting this location and the person working behind the counter Tiffany was great! Her customer service was amazing m! I look for stuff like that I will recommend this location and it was very clean
