All our family loves Subway but today I had my first horrible experience with the Subway at Sawgrass near DICK'S. At first we asked about the green eggs with ham menu for kids and the lady told us they should get the sign off. We started ordering and she was not getting properly what we requested. When we passed to the cashier lady for the vegetables and cash out - she was so aggressive. I had never had an experience like that at any Subway around the world. She yelled to us what we wanted. Really sad service and I will never go back to that Subway and stick to the 2 we have at Weston where they are really nice.

This is probably the worst subway I have ever gone to. I asked for my 6inch veggie delight (i'm vegetarian) and the person working didn't want to separate the bread from another persons so it she was doing two separate orders like it was a foot long. I repeatedly asked her to please separate the bread as part of the tuna that the other person ordered was finding its way into my part of the bread. The other person also asked her to separate it. She kept saying "I will" but never did it, she put it in the toaster together and everything. The person clearly was trying to challenge us, all I and the person before me wanted was for her to cut the bread in half and treat it as a separate order (because it was). I am very disgusted by this experience and will not be returning.

There was a fly in the box the cookies were stored in. The woman who made my sub was great but the woman at the cash register was not. She had an attitude and did not give me my sandwich.. I will not be returning to this subway again.
I am so unsatisfied with the false advertising of the menu. It seens that because sawgrass mall is a tourist area, subway is trying to take advantage and overcharge for a sub when the menu specifically says something different. And the staff doesnt offer any help but rush the customer out of the line.

Their hours say they're open until midnight and I come in at 11:40 and a rude lady tells me that they're closed and she needs to mop the floor. Unbelievable. If you considered getting subway here because it's the only one open this late nearby, consider something else. I hope they shut the place down

I often go to the one in the Sawgrass Mall Ave 1 food court. I'd like to give a Special commendation to Andrea she typically handles my order she's ALWAYS very sweet and friendly. It's nice to get good service.
