Worst customer service, very bad subway in this location , the person in the photo was throwing everything, didn’t build sub properly, didn’t cut in have foot long and all was extremely bad service. If you come here when this person is here you will get the worst customer

Probably not bad if you go order in store. App order took 35 minutes past the time it said it was finished (prioritized the entire line over the online order). Workers were very nice and apologized but then I came home to absolute garbage bread. Benefit of the doubt that if you order in store you can at least see the bread being trash before you order.

Closing ahead of time. 4 hours before. Customer service horrible. The associate there was very disrespectful and did not want to give me a valid reason to close ahead of time or even share their manager contact info. Very disappointed.

This is by far the worst costumer service I've ever had in any store ever in my life! I just hope that whoever the black lady that is working there today (05/06/2023) at noon get fired! What a b***** And when I approached a Walmart employee to inform about her she told me that EVERYONE complains about her. Just unbelievable

Never has whatever i want for my sandwich, yesterday I ordered and they gave me RAISIN COOKIES instead of CHOCOLATE cookies. When I got the order, they were out of the bread i normally get plus the two similar ones. Since they were out of sprite, they didn’t give me ANY DRINK AT ALL. Horrible Subway, Never ordering from here again. I spent $18 Plus a Tip and I didn’t even get good service, Horrible subway. The time before I ordered this time, they didn’t even deliver my order to me. They just said they made it, the person got it, and left. Garbage service from this subway. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Came over to get a regular cheese pizza for my daughter. Lady says she can't service us for 15 minutes while she does "bread". I don't understand how you can't just pop a pizza in the oven, walk away, do your bread, then come back when the timer pops, box it, and have us pay real quick then go back to what you gotta do. It's a frozen pizza. Didn't get anything for my daughter. Then she has the time to talk with someone else about another worker or something. Ridiculous.

Employee tracey she was on the phone while I was standing there to order she kept talking on the phone saying she closed she not taking anybody it’s round 3 o’clock afternoon how is you not open.. she yelled I’m not taking you and say I can leave how rude I will never recommend nobody to eat there or even think about stepping a foot in there

Went in to get something to eat at 7:25 been waiting a couple minutes to get atended at 7:35 more people came in employee walks out and says they are close . There schedule in the wall says 9:00 pm . I get there are occasion were they have to close early but she was rude could not even say sorry were close nothing i never been treated so horrible .

Served by #5176 on nov.13. Employee acted irritated that she had customer. Was on Bluetooth phone call. I said you shouldn't be on phone while serving me. With a nasty attitude she said it's an important call. She was just saying well...Can't wait to get off. Not an emergency call. She should be fired. Never have I had such a RUDE employee.

Horrible experience I ordered on DoorDash and received my sandwich cold and wrong. Drink is missing too. I drive to the subway/Walmart and asked if it can be remade since it’s wrong and my drink was missing. Rude lady that was working 07/18 at 1:45pm very rude and speaking in a tone as if it’s not a big deal. Then I ask her politely to toast the remade sandwich a little longer because it wasn’t toasted enough and I don’t like it soggy and she tells me “NO” and then when I ask for my drink I paid for she tells me they don’t have any but the other boy employee was polite enough to offer me with a bottled drink instead of just not giving me something I paid for. Another customer has video as well and that will be posted as well. I need someone from management to reach out to me from this location because this was a horrific experience and I do not recommend this location at all.

Came here around 5 pm today, cashier was very rude. Insulted me. Was uncalled for. I'd be fired from my own job in a heartbeat if I ever treated customers that way.
